 REGLAMENTO - ARAUDIA
REGLAMENTO PARTICULAR
ARTÍCULO 1. ORGANIZACIÓN
La prueba Clásica féminas de Navarra y Emekumeen Nafarroako Kla-
sika organizada por el CLUB KIROL BAT TRIATLOI TALDEA, con domici-
lio en Avenida Barañain, 13, 5ºB, 31008 de PAMPLONA. Se disputará los
días 30/07/2019 y 1/8/2019, de acuerdo a los reglamentos de la Unión
Ciclista Internacional, RFEC.
ARTÍCULO 2. TIPO DE PRUEBA
La prueba está inscrita en el calendario mundial UCI, está reservada a
la categoría FÉMINAS ELITE. Las pruebas están clasificadas en la clase
WE 1.2 y conforme al reglamento UCI, atribuye: 40, 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 05,
03, 03 y 03 puntos a las diez primeras corredoras de la clasificación de
cada prueba, para la clasificación UCI Féminas Elite. Igualmente, atribu-
ye puntos del Ranking RFEC a las 25 primeros de laclasificación general
final.
ARTICULO 3. PARTICIPACIÓN
Conforme al artículo 2.1.005 del reglamento UCI, las pruebas está
abierta a los equipos siguientes: Equipos femeninos UCI, Equipos nacio-
nales, Equipos regionales, Equipos de Club y Equipos mixtos. El número
de corredores por equipo se fija en 6, de los cuales deberán tomar la
salida como mínimo 4 corredoras conforme al artículo 2.2.003 del re-
glamento UCI.
ARTÍCULO 3. PARTICIPACIÓN OBLIGATORIA EN PRESENTACIÓN
EQUIPOS.
La presentación de equipos de la I Vuelta CV Féminas será de carác-
ter obligatorio para todos los equipos y ciclistas participantes de esta
edición, teniendo que acudir con la ropa de competición reglamentaría
el día 30 de julio a partir de las 15:00h, donde comenzará e irán presen-
tándose cada escuadra de 2 en 2 minutos coincidiendo con el control
de firmas. El orden de presentación les será indicado en la reunión de
directores celebrada el día 30/07/19 a las 12h o enviado a cada escua-
dra en vía mail.
ARTÍCULO 4. PERMANENTE
La confirmación de los participantes y entrega de dorsales por los res-
ponsables de los equipos tendrán lugar el Martes 30 de julio de 10:00 a
13:00 en Navarra Arena. Plaza Aizagerria nº 1, 31006 Pamplona, Nava-

La reunión de directores deportivos, organizado según el artículo
1.2.087 del reglamento UCI, en presencia de los Miembros del Colegio
de Comisarios, se celebrará en Navarra Arena. Plaza Aizagerria nº 1,
31006 Pamplona, Navarra.

ARTÍCULO 5. RADIO VUELTA
Las informaciones de carrera serán emitidas en la frecuencia
150187,5MHz.
ARTÍCULO 6. ASISTENCIA TÉCNICA NEUTRA
El servicio de asistencia técnica neutra está asegurado por SHIMANO.
El servicio está asegurado por 3 vehículos de asistencia neutra suficien-
temente equipados y el coche escoba.
ARTÍCULO 7. CIERRE DE CONTROL.
Conforme al artículo 2.3.039 del reglamento UCI, todo corredor que
llegue en un tiempo superior al 8% del vencedor no será clasificado. En
caso de circunstancias excepcionales, el tiempo de cierre de control po-
drá ser aumentado o disminuido
por el Colegio de Comisarios consultando con el organizador.
ARTÍCULO 8. CLASIFICACIONES:
1.- CLASIFICACION INDIVIDUAL POR TIEMPOS (Art 2.3.037 reglamen-
to UCI)
Quedará establecida en virtud del orden de llegada en la línea de meta.
2.-CLASIFICACION POR EQUIPOS (Art 2.3.044 reglamento UCI) Se ob-
tendrá
mediante la suma de los tiempos invertidos en la prueba, por los tres
primeros corredores de cada equipo. Caso de empate, se resolverá a
favor del equipo que haya obtenido menos puntos en la suma de los
puestos de dichos tres corredores. De persistir el empate, saldrá favo-
recido el equipo cuyo primer corredor haya obtenido mejor clasificación
en la prueba.
20 3.-CLASIFICACION REGIONAL. Quedará establecida en virtud del or-
den de
llegada en la línea de meta entre las corredoras con licencia de la Co-
munidad
Valenciana.
4.-CLASIFICACION PRIMER SUB23. Quedará establecida en virtud del
orden de
llegada en la línea de meta entre las corredoras con licencia Sub23

ARTÍCULO 10. ANTIDOPAJE
El Reglamento antidopaje de la UCI se aplica íntegramente en la pre-
sente prueba. Si se presenta el caso, la legislación antidopaje de España
será aplicada subsidiaria y complementariamente. En la etapa, en zona
de llegada, se destinará una zona bien señalizada para efectuar dichos
servicios.
ARTÍCULO 11. PROTOCOLO
Al final de la prueba conforme a los artículos 1.2.112 – 1.2.113 del re-
glamento UCI, los siguientes corredores deberán presentarse al pódium
en vestimenta de competición para la ceremonia protocolaria.

Las corredoras galardonadas deberán de presentarse al protocolo en
un plazo máximo de 5 minutos desde su entrada en la línea de Meta.
ARTÍCULO 12. PENALIZACIONES
Será aplicado el baremo de sanciones de la UCI / RFEC.
ARTÍCULO 13.
Todos los casos no previstos en el presente Reglamento serán resuel-
tos por el Reglamento del Deporte Ciclista de la UCI, según los casos.
ARTÍCULO 14.
Según las disposiciones previstas en los artículos 1.1.006 y 1.1.022
de los reglamentos UCI todas las corredoras inscritas, todos los segui-
dores y personal técnico de los Grupos Deportivos deberán estar ase-
gurados contra los accidentes que puedan intervenir en el curso de la
prueba y sus consecuencias en materia de responsabilidad civil, de gas-
tos médicos, de hospitalización y repatriación hacia su domicilio “Los
organizadores no tienen ninguna responsabilidad por los accidentes
o los daños causados a terceros y/o a los materiales antes, durante o
después de la carrera” siempre y cuando se cumpla con las normas de
seguridad establecidas en el reglamento del deporte ciclista de la Unión
Ciclista Internacional (1.2.061, 2.2.015 y siguientes) Así mismo, aten-
diendo al artículo 1.2.034 se contratará un seguro que cubra los riesgos
relacionados con la organización de la prueba.
COMPORTAMIENTO DE LOS CORREDORES
Según el artículo 2.2.025 se prohíbe a los corredores desprenderse sin
precaución de alimentos, bolsas, bidones,ropa,etc., cualquiera que sea
el lugar. El corredor no debe lanzar nada sobre la propia calzada, sino
que debe
aproximarse a la cuneta y depositar en ella el objeto, a fin de garantizar
la seguridad. Esta prohibido llevar y utilizar recipientes de vidrio. Debi-
do a que la carrera discurrirá en circuito urbano, la organización tiene

PARTICULAR REGULATIONS
ARTICLE 1. ORGANIZATION.
The Classic Women Cycling Race of Navarra and Emakumeen Nafa-
rroako Klasica organized by CLUB KIROL BAT TRIATLOI TALDEA ha-
ving domicile in Avenida Barafiain 13 5°B 31008 in Pamplona will be
competed on 30/07/2019 and 1/8/2019 accordingto the regulations
of the International Cycling Union(UCTD, RFEC.
ARTICLE 2. KIND OF RACE.
The bicycle race is registered in the UCI world calendar and is re-
served to the WOMEN ELITE category. The races are classified in the
typeWE 1.2 and in accordance with the UCI regulations gives: 40, 30,
25, 20, 15, 10, 05, 03, 03 and 03 points to the first ten cyclists of the
placings in every race, for the placings UCI WOMEN ELITE. Similarly,
it gives points for the ranking RFEC to the25 first ones on the final
general classification.
ARTICLE 3. PARTICIPATION.
In accordance with the article 2.1.005 fron the UCI regulations, the
races are opened to the following teams: UCI women’s teams, natio-
nal teams, regional teams, club teams and mixed teams. The number
of cyclists per team is set in 6, from whom at least 4 must be at the
start of the race, according to the article 2.2.003 of the UCI regula-
tions.
ARTICLE 3. COMPULSORY PARTICIPATION IN THE TEAMS INTRO-
DUCTION
The teams introduction of the I Women’s CV Tour will be obligatory
for every team and cyclists taking part in this edition, having to turn up
in the irregulation competition clothes on 30 July from 3 pm on, when
it will start, an each crew will be introduced every 2 minutes coinciding
with the signatures control. The introduction order will be decided at
the managers meeting held on 30/7/19 at 12 am or emailed to each
crew.
ARTICLE 4. PERMANENT.
Participants confirmation and numbers handover by the people in
charge of the teams will take place on Tuesday, July 30 from 10 am
to 1 pm at Navarra Arena, Plaza Aizagerria, 1 31006 Pamplona, Nava-
rra. Car (GPS): latitude: 42.796166/ longitude: - 1.635141.The sports
managers gathering, organized according to the article 1.2.087 of
the UCI regulations, at the presence of the Members of the College
of Commissioners, will be held at Navarra Arena, Plaza Aizagerria,

tude:-1.635141 at 12am. The permanent start office will be placed

ARTICLE 5. RADIO VUELTA.
Race information will be broadcast at the frequency 150187,5 Mhz.
ARTICLE 6. NEUTRAL TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE.
The neutral technical assistance service is ensured by SHIMANO.
The service is guaranteed by three equipped enough vehicles of neu-
tral assistance and the sag wagon.
ARTÍCULO 7. CONTROL CLOSURE
As stated by the article 2.3.039 of the UCI regulations that cyclist
arriving at a time 8% superior to the winner’s will not be qualified.In
case of exceptional circumnstances the control closing time will be
able to be increased or decreased by the Collge of Commissioners by
consulting the organizer.
ARTICLE 8. PLACINGS,
1. INDIVIDUAL CLASSIFICATION BY TIMES. (Article 2.3.037 UCI re-
gulations). It will be established by virtue of the arriving order at the
finish line.
2. CLASSIFICATION BY TEAMS. (Article 2.3.044 UCI regulations)
It will be obtained by means of the addition of the times spent on on
the race by the
first three bikers of each team. In draw case,it will be settled in fa-
vour of the team having obtained fewer points in the addition of the
positions of those three cyclists before mentioned. If the draw per-
sists, the team whose first biker has obtained better qualification in
the race will be favoured.
3, REGIONAL CLASSIFICATION. It will be established by virtue of the
arriving order at the finish line among the cyclists with the Valencian
Community licence.
4. FIRST SUB 23 CLASSIFICATION.
It will be established by virtue of the arriving order at the finish line
among the cyclists with sub 23 licence.

ARTICLE 10. ANTIDOPING.
The UCI antidoping regulationsis fully applied to the current cycling
race. Given the case, the Spanish antidoping legislation will be alter-
natively and complementarily applied. During the stage, at the finish
area, a well-signalled zone will be allocated for these services.
ARTICLE 11. PROTOCOL
At the end of the race according to articles 1.2.112-1.2.113 of UCI
regulations, the following bikers must turn up at the podium in com-
petition out fit for the formal ceremony.

1st Community of Navarra.
The prize-winning cyclists must be present at the protocol within a
5-minute maximum time since their arrival at the finish line.
ARTICLE 12. PENALTIES.
UCY/RFEC sanction scale will be applied.
ARTICLE 13.
All the cases not foreseen in the current regulations will be deter-
mined by the UCI Regulations of the Cycling Sport, depending on the
cases.
ARTICLE 14.
According to the orders foreseen in the articles 1.1.006 and 1.1.022
of UCI regulations all the cyclists registered, all the followers and te-
chnical personnel of the sports groups must be insured against the
accidents which may occur in the course ofthe race and their con-
sequences in terms of civil responsibility, medical expenses, hospi-
talization and repatriation to their residence. “The organizers have
no responsibility for the accidents or damage caused to third parties
and/ or the materials before, during or after the race” as long as the
security norms established in the Cycling Regulations of the Interna-
tional Cycling Union (1.2.061, 2.2.015 and next ones) are ful filled Like
wise, considerind the article 1.2.034 an insurance covering the risks
related to the organization of the cycling race will be contracted.
CYCLISTS BEHAVIOUR
According to the article 2.2.025 bikers are banned to carelessly get
rid of foods, bags, water dispensers, clothes etc. any the place be. The
cyclist must not throw anything on the road it self, but getting closer
to the ditch and drop the object there, In order to guarantee security. It
is prohibited to carry and use glass containers. Due to the fact that the
race will pass through an urban circuit , the organization has foreseen
the collection of water dispensers and other waste in the finish zone.
Further more, the organization has a team for picking up the waste
caused by the race just behind the green flag and the sag wagon.
