3x3 Rules of the Game

Registration P60 per player (inclusive with drinks and certificate)

Team roster 3 starters + 1 substitutes
Scoring 1 point and 2 points if behind the 3 pt arc
Game duration & Score limit  10mins running time
 Stop time will start in last 1min

Fouling  Called by offensive player only

 Fouls and other violations will be
validated only by other players who
were not playing
 Foul limit per team is 5 team fouls
 If exceeded the limit bonus free
throw
Substitutions In dead ball situations, prior to the check ball
Time Out 1 per team (20sec)
Possession following a successful goal Defense Possession, Ball to be hold to a
player behind the 3pt arc Defensive team not
allowed to play for the ball inside the "no-
charge semicircle" area underneath the
basket
…following a lacking shot or board only If defensive team got the rebound, no need
to pass behind the 3pt arc same with the
offense team.
…following a defensive rebound if it hit the Ball to be dribbled/passed behind the 3pt arc
rim
Shot Clock Always reset to 14 seconds (for foul
situations)
DEFAULT  If a team doesn’t meet the minimum
players required within 10mins

Semi-Finals format  Best of 3

 10mins running time per game
Battle for 3rd format  10mins running time
 Stop time will start in the last 1min
Finals Format  15mins running time
 Stop time will start in the last 2
minutes
Note: *A player is "behind the 3pt arc" if neither of his feet are inside nor step the arc
*Shot clock will reset once hit the rim and miss then rebounded by opponent and step outside the
3-pt. arc
*Running time will still affect during timeout and substitutions except during the last minute
*If 2 teams are tied with same record, the result of their game against each other will be used to
break a tie.
Prize: 1st place – P300 and certificate, 2nd place – P150 and certificate, 3rd place – P100 and certificate
