Sub: PMAY-G identification and removal of ineligible beneficiaries- regarding
Ref: DRD-5 (RH)-54/2015/61 Dated 03/10/2017

Madam/Sir,
With reference to subject and reference cited above, as you are already aware that Ministry of
Rural Development, Gal is provided an in AwaasSoft, a provision to identify ineligible beneficiary which
found after preparation of Permanent Wait List and for their irreversible removal from the 'Permanent
Wait List'.
Following steps (2nd Stage) are to be followed to removal/reinstatement of PMAY-G beneficiaries-
1. Select such beneficiary from Block login and which is based on the GaonSabha resolution, select
the Beneficiary from the list and choose between 'YES' or 'NO' in the column asking- ls beneficiary
eligible?
2. Upload minutes of the proceeding of the Gaon Sabha which is to be made as per Annexure-1 & II
by the Block Development Officer's login.
3. The State Nodal Officer will examine whether the minutes of the proceeding of the Gaon Sabha
uploaded against the beneficiary, are in order. If in order, the ineligible beneficiaries will be
permanently deleted from the PWL. Other hand, if the beneficiary is eligible, the beneficiary will
be reinstated and will no longer be highlighted in the PWL. Further transaction would be enabled
against such cases.

Request you to kindly use the option to weed out all ineligible beneficiaries in PWL and reinstatement
of eligible beneficiaries immediately.

deleted permanently from the PWL (Permanent Wait List).
