Message from the Worshipful Master
James Vick, Jr.
Greetings Brothers All!

If you take a look through this trestle board you will see October is going to be a
busy month for Solomon! However, as I am sure our SW would tell you, “When are we not busy”
Having said that, it is my goal to finish this year strong and we are coming up on the home stretch.
I would encourage you to be a part of as much as you are able. It is so easy to take a break
and say “I will get back over there soon” and in a blink of an eye, five years have gone by.
Make it your goal to get back this month!

Mark 10:27: ‘With man it is impossible, but not with God. For all things are possible with God.’”
Bro. James Vick

Greetings from the Senior Warden!

Bro. Jason Vymetal

Greetings Brothers All,

There have been many challenges conquered by the persistence of those Brothers who are looking to help or improve
others and themselves by offering their time for memory work towards a catechism, practicing for a particular degree,
and extending our Lodges’ community outreach to serve brunch on a Sunday at the Ronald McDonald House. I
encourage any Brother who would like to get involved with any current or future events such as catechism practice,
Masonic Mentoring, degree practice, or any special events to stop by the lodge or contact me, or any of the principal
officers by the contact information located in this trestle board. I would like to leave you with a quote from Coach John
Wooden who said, “Be true to yourself, help others, make each day your masterpiece, make friendship a fine art, drink
deeply from good books – especially the Bible, build a shelter against a rainy day, give thanks for your blessings, and
pray for guidance every day.”

Fraternally,
Bro. Jason Vymetal

Greetings from the Junior Warden!

Bro. Russell Fisher
As we get ready to move to a change of season. Many of us might find our lives in a season of change as well. I find
myself in that season as I get ready to change to a new job. The best part of this brotherhood is having family around
you to go through these things as part of something larger than yourself. My thoughts this month are be active, be
involved not just for the lodge but for yourself.

Bro. Russell Fisher

We had our scheduled planning meeting tonight (Thursday Sept. 19th.) to coordinate
our upcoming Bible Study and Discussion. Following much discussion, we mutually
decided to have our gatherings on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00pm at
Solomon 20. No food provided, but you may bring a brown bag (so to speak) and
partake during the discussion or eat prior to attending. There will be times we will have
a cook-out but for our regular meeting we hope to limit our time together to 1 hour.

Our first meeting will be October 10th at 7:00pm

Topic will be Genesis “In the Beginning”
