Organizational Change

Organizational change is one phenomenon that is uncompromised to any organization

in order to effectively and efficiently compete in the market. Various organizations are subjects

to changes in adjustment to the prevailing market conditions, technological advances,

managerial conditions and economic factors among others. A company has to adjust to the best

form that would facilitate maximum production and utilization of the available resources. In

initiating any change, the organization must face some form of resistance. When an

organization changes its structure from mechanistic (bureaucratic) to flatter structure, some of

the resistances encountered may include fear of the unknown, loss of status, fear of failure, and

the fear creating a climate of mistrust. Since the organization is adopting a structure of almost

equality, it might face resistance from the top rank employees such as departmental managers,

directors and supervisors due to the fear of loosing their job status.

In order to avoid such strains within the organization, the CEO should ensure that the

change is initiated effectively. Some of the ways to effectively initiate a change in an

organization without resistance is by vividly describing the new change with the organizational

goals. Analysing the departments affected by the change, providing good communication of

the change, developing change support structure, enough training and determining the change

processes. According to Burke (2017), any organization that initiates a change effectively as

required faces minimal resistance from its environment.

Different companies offer suites at different rates. Some companies such as Citi Field

provides exclusives to clients renting three suites and above. They provide a negotiable price

for their clients of such category. So, when planning to purchase a suite of $100,000, some of

the expected exclusives include a negotiable price and catering facilities.

TOPIC 3 SMG FACILITY

There are several sporting venues I would admire to visit. Though, at first, I would

admire visiting the Emirates stadium. The Emirates stadium is a football pavilion located in

England purposefully used for England Premier League games. Being a football fan, I would

greatly admire to visit the stadium and enjoy games from Manchester United team, which I do

like a lot since the stadium is their home training field.
