The CVSCAFT – FA will give the benefit upon the death of a

member, which may occur anywhere during the one (1) year period term CVSCAFT – FACULTY ASSOCIATION

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

The CVSCAFT – FA will give an aid to any member who meets an
accident or is ill. If the total related medical expenses are greater than the
full medical aid, only the full amount for medical assistance will be availed.
The amount will be the total contribution from all members of the
Association of fifty pesos (P50.00) per member.
