Training Methodology:

The power point presentation slides.

Training Planned Date:

From Friday Morning till Sunday evening as above in 1st Week of November.

Arrival Date:

Thursday Evening to Site and Sunday Evening to Pune

PART B: COMMERCIAL

Professional fees for providing training are INR. 35, 000 / working day (Net)
(INR. Thirty Five Thousand / working day). This rate is applicable for
maximum participant upto fifteen (15).

No GST is applicable (since training will be taken as freelancer).

Instructor will arrive Thursday evening by air travel (from Pune) stay overnight
and start seminar on Friday Morning till Sunday evening and will reach Pune by
air travel by Sunday late evening.

Local Income tax will be taken care by training instructor by himself.

All the lodging, boarding, laundry and air travel (including local transport),
breakfast, lunch, and dinner etc., expenses shall be arranged by company or
shall be reimbursed at actuals by company.

Client shall take printout of one set of hard copy of all handouts on his cost. No
editable PPT files (Native Files) will be shared.

The payment schedule shall be as follows,

- 30 % advance payment against confirmed purchase order

- 70 % on completion of training within one (1) week.

Payments shall be made by wire transfer. Appropriate invoices will be raised.

All payments shall be to instructors bank account details of which shall be shared
later.
