Preocupado especialmente por el impacto de las construcciones en la naturaleza virgen,
diría: "Cuando diseño un edificio en un sitio de naturaleza totalmente virgen, es una lucha, un ataque a la naturaleza por parte de nuestra cultura".
"En este escenario de confrontación entre cultura y naturaleza, intento diseñar un edificio que realce el grado de conciencia en las personas, respecto de la belleza del entorno, y espero que la
visión del edificio inserto en el paisaje fomente una nueva conciencia respecto de la belleza del lugar".
