Our Vision
Every person in the world needs clean contamination-free Pepsi H2O. At Pepsi H2O we want to
give the World safe clean water that they can afford. To reaffirm and promote all people's right
to safe drinking water. With a focus on developing partnerships with rural communities
throughout Canada and around the world, we intend to effect change at the municipal,
provincial, and federal levels as well as within civil society and industries involved in the
protection and production of public water supplies.We will deliver high quality, hands-on
educational programs to thousands of classrooms in order to educate students, the leaders of
tomorrow, about drinking water quality issues and solutions.

Our Mission
We will educate the leaders of today and tomorrow about drinking water quality issues to realize
our goal of safe drinking water being available to every Canadian. Our mission is to create an
exceptional customer experience in the provision of sustainable solutions vital to health and
life.Our aims is to facilitate sustainable access to water & sanitation by supporting innovations
and scalable solutions. We connect relevant stakeholders, work in strong partnerships and
provide required funding.
Problem Facing
Competitors: We have very strong Competitors in the market like Nestle Aqua Ziran And others
so we have to give our best from which customers will be attracted fastly and permanently.
Government Policy & Regulation: A changing regulatory environment is always of concern in
certain industries, but uncertain energy, environmental and financial policy is complicating the
decision making for nearly all companies today.
Technology: The pace of technological improvement is running at an exponentially increasing
rate. While this has been true for several decades, the pace today makes capital investment in
technology as much an asset as a handicap because a competitor may wait for the next-
generation technology, which may only be a year away, and then use it to achieve an advantage.
Of course waiting to be that competitor can be equally risky.
Complexity: There’s no doubt that life and business have gotten more complex, even as certain
tasks and activities have become easier due to information technology. The pace of change is
quickening. The global economy is becoming still more connected, creating a much larger and
more diverse population of customers and suppliers.
