SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

I, MARINA L. LASAY, of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of 14 th St., OLV
Pangpang, Sorsogon City, by these presents do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE, NOMINATE
and APPOINT, AZENITH L. LASAY, Filipino citizen, with residence and postal address at
14th St., OLV Pangpang, Sorsogon City, Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, to
appear for me and on my behalf and/or represent me at the Pre-Trial Conference, and all other
proceedings in the case entitled: “Marina L. Lasay, Plaintiff, vs. Ritchelda D. Derilo et. al.,
Defendants”, Complaint for Specific Performance with Preliminary Mandatory Injunction &
Damages, under Civil Case No. __________________, which I intend to file before the appropriate
trial court of Sorsogon City, Sorsogon, Branch___, to do and perform, the following:

1. To NEGOTIATE, SUBMIT, CONCLUDE, ENTER INTO and EXECUTE a

compromise or amicable settlement of the case or to alternative modes of dispute
resolution, under such terms and conditions as my attorney-in-fact may deem
just and reasonable;

2. To OBTAIN and ENTER into stipulations or admission of facts and of

documents to avoid unnecessary proof and to REPRESENT me in all stages of
the action;

3. To LIMIT the number of witnesses and/or AMEND the pleadings;

4. To DO and AGREE on such other matters as may aid in the prompt disposition
of the action. i.e. to testify on my behalf.

to do and perform all or any acts requisite and/or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authorities, as fully to all intents and purpose as I might or could lawfully do, if
personally present and acting in person, and hereby RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact may also do or cause to be done under and by
virtue of these presents.
