SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, IWI CHARMAINE L. CASTILLON, Filipino, of legal age, and resident of

Brgy. San Luis 1, Dasmarinas City, Cavite, have named, constituted and appointed and by these
presents do name, constitute and appoint MARETESS A. MUEGA, of legal age, Filipino citizen,
and resident Brgy. Luzviminda 2, Dasmarinas City, Cavite, to be my true and lawful attorneys-
in-fact for me and in my name, place and stead and for my own use and benefit, to do and
perform the following acts:

1. To represent, receive/claim the impounded motor vehicle with the following

description to wit:

Plate No.: ABL 1330

2. To make, sign and execute, for and in my behalf, any documents which may be
necessary for the release of the said motor vehicle.

3. To do such other acts and this which maybe necessary for the accomplishment
and attainment of the afore-said powers and duties.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and
authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby
ratifying and conforming all that my said attorney shall do in my name and stead under and by
virtue of these presents.
