SUPER-SCREW® available in 2 variants : «ready to install» or in coil
Super-Screw® «Ready to install» : the assembly spacers are pre installed : the
top part matches the bottom part. It is delivered with screws and PZ bit.
Maximum length : 3 Meters.

Super-Screw® coil is delivered in 2 coils : the top coil and the bottom coil. You
need to quantify the number of screws, spacers and define the PZ bit (PZ2,Ø

5mm or PZ3, Ø 6.3mm).
Maximum length : 25 Meters for the Super-Screw® 35 to 105 and 15 Meters for
Super®-Screw 125 to 200.

- The belt width : order a longer fastener of + 10 % minimum of the belt width
to have a minimum inclination of 1/3 of the belt width.

1. Unroll the coils side by side, in the same direc-
tion and, for each, measure the length required.
2. Align the top and bottom (refer to Figure 1 For Super-Screw® 35 to 105
to align the two parts).
NOTE : You may notice a small gap due to the
elasticity of materials.
4. Set the spacers on the internal face of the For Super-Screw® 125 to 200

HOW TO INSTALL YOUR SUPER-SCREW® ?
Equipment requested
W A R N I N G - a Super-Screw® appropriate and assembled (see p 6 )
- a MLT PZ bit
- SKIVE OR GRIND THE BELT TO INBED THE SUPER-SCREW® SPLICE
AND AVOID SOME OVERTHICKNESS - a ruler
- DO NOT USE AN IMPACT WRENCH TOOL - a marking pen
- SLIDE UNDERNEATH THE SUPER-SCREW® A THICK WOOD BOARD - a cutter
- DO NOT SCREW ON A DRUM - a powerful electric drill or 18V or 24 V battery
- TAKE APPROPRIATE SAFETY GEAR : PPE - the quantity of screws needed (see p 5)
