Expo Postponed
NexGen Technology has announced that its
annual expo will be postponed. The company
claims that administrative scheduling caused the
delay, but most believe that it is because of the
company’s rumored new device. Problems
getting the device ready for the expo have caused
many investors to panic
Revolutionary New Solar Windows
Solaris Energy has announced that it has
created a revolutionary new solar window. The
windows allow 90% of the natural light’s
intensity through, but are able to produce twice
the power of a normal solar panel. The
windows work by polarizing the light with nano
particles. The polarized light appears to the
human eye to be almost as bright, even though
up to 40% of the photons have been converted
to electrical energy. The nano particles that trap
the sunlight and conduct it as energy are
embedded right into the glass itself. Solaris
claims the particles replicate the properties of
chlorophyll, which allows plants to harness the
power of sunlight by converting it to a chemical
form of energy.
