TEAM LINE UP/REGISTRATION

I. The teams’ coaches are entirely responsible for their players to fully understand the league’s rules and regulations.
II. The player of each team must be a citizen of this Barangay Marungko, Angat, Bulacan. You may see in section “B” of
league’s ruling.
III. Team’s line up must be submitted on or before (ex: October 20, 2019.) It must be limited to
(ex: 12 and maximum of 17 players only.) A team’s roster must be submitted before the said date.
IV. All teams must wear their primary team colors during the parade and on their games.

B. CITIZENSHIP
I. It must be resident of Barangay Marungko, Angat, Bulacan.
II. The player who wants to play in this league, must have a voter’s ID address here at Barangay Marungko.
III. The player who played in last 3 or more season of league are allowed to play even if they are not resident/voter of this
community.
IV. The player who protest by his citizenship, are not allowed to play if the documents presented are invalid.
V. The player who protest by his citizenship while playing are possible to be out of the game.

C. CONDUCT
I. All players, coaches and spectators shall refrain from using profanity et al. verbal abuse towards other players,
coaches, referees and even league organizers. Any coach/player should throw invective to players(s), coach (es),
spectator(s), referees and organizer(s) will be deal accordingly.
II. This is a drug and alcohol free event. Any coach, player(s) found to be engaged in the use of the said substances
will be disqualified from the game and could be banned from the league organizers found to do so.
III. Team coaches are responsible for the conduct of their players.
IV. The organizers are not responsible for any personal items left behind, lost, or stolen.
V. All players, who drinking some water or energy using plastic bottle that cannot throw it to the trashcan or garbage after
the game will be penalize by reducing their refundable team ban. (We encourage the discipline of individual to segregate
their rubbish.

IV. PLAYING RULES

I. GAME CLOCK
- Games will consist of four (4) 10 minutes quarters.
II. OVER TIME.
- All over time will consist of 3 minutes.
III. TIME OUTS
- Each team will be given one (1) time out on the first half and 2 time outs on the second half. In case of over time, 1
extra time out will be given to each team.
IV. GRACE PERIOD
- A 15 minute grace period for tardiness will be given each team to come in the venue. If a team does not have five
(5) players ready to start the game, they will be forfeited.
V. TEAM FOULS
- Players are given five (5) fouls per game. Free throws are given after the team committed their 5 th team foul.
VI. TECHNICAL FOULS
- All technical fouls are counted as personal foul on the player. A player or a coach committing two (2) technical
fouls will be ejected from the game.
- Using profanity verbal abuse towards to referees and league organizers will be fine as technical foul.
- Any cost of no sportsmanship attitude; shouting, distracting, towards to referees and league organizers will be fine
as technical foul.
VII. OUT OF THE GAME
- If the player have one(1) unsportman like foul will be out of the game
- Referees, committee and league organizers will analyze the fault of a player depend of what he/she done.
VIII. OUT OF THE PLAYING COURT
- Referees, committee and league organizers will analyze the fault of interest of a player depend of what he/she
done. Having a level 1 of action will be out of the playing court.
IX. OUT OF THE SEASON
- Referees, committee and league organizers will analyze the fault of interest a player depend of what he/she done.
Having a level 2 of action like punching/kicking literally and disrespectful behavior to the league’s organizers.
X. LIFE TIME BAN
- Referees, committee and league organizers will analyze the fault of interest a player depend of what he/she done.
Having a level 3 of action like unhuman will be fine as life time ban and having a hearing at barangay hall.
XI. PROPER BENCH DECORUM
- Players on the bench and team followers are not to remain standing or address the officials in disrespectful
manner.
- Officials will direct the players to sit down, address the issue with the head coach, request assistance in preventing
it from reoccurring and expect cooperation.
- Officials should make every effort to avoid penalizing any such infraction prior to warning the head coach but there
may be circumstance where a warning is not applicable.
