Negotiation Agreement
(Between Amos Choens Ltd and Trade Union for protection of right of workers)
The company presents following negotiation demands
 Time given for recovery of loss
 Kumar incident inquiry before any action to be taken
 Time for solving problems before approaches court
 Temporary basis low wages and less incentive and perks
 After company recovers back the worker provide extra bonus
 Prior Notice for the strike
 Try first to solute problem with the Broad
 Constitute special broad for the worker redressal
 No compensation
 No unwanted case file to the court
 Job security to the Permanent workers.
The company will negotiate with the trade union based on the above ground. Company also
demands withdraw its case from the court without any compensation. If the company seem fit
any other ground on which negotiation can be done than the company is open for the same.
If the inquiry for the Kumar incident shows that the company negligent than company will fully
compensate to the worker without any litigation proceeding.
The Company also Promise to provide bonus and extra wages in case the company fully recover
with profits. The company also seeks Cooperation on the behalf of the worker for the
betterment of the company and fast growth in the Indian and International Market also.
If the company seem fit that other better solution to the current problem can be concluded, the
company is open for that.
