Initial transmit (Synchronization) has taken place and data has been downloaded on the mobile device.
Every transmit afterwards will download only new/changed data on the device.
In Rounds Manager the Entry List, Measuring Point, Measuring Point History, Equipment, Functional
Location data is downloaded and stored as Master data. No transactional data is fetched/downloaded as part
of the Transmit or On-demand in the Rounds Manager

- All points in a selected Entry
List (local or actual)
- All points for a selected
FLOC in a selected Entry List

can be taken for the points

Read Readings can be taken using
Points the following options:
- Read All: In this option, the
user will be taken through all
the Measuring Points in the
list. The user can select a
Point to be Skipped if the
point is not Obligatory.
Reading the points in the list
can be paused midway and
resumed at a later point via
the 'Resume' button
- Read/Skip individual points:
The Technician can also
select a point and read it or
skip it if applicable
2.3 IK11 The following data must be entered
when entering a reading:
- Reading (enabled for non-text/non-
qualitative readings)
- No Reading (check box - enabled if
Code is sufficient)
- Code (Enabled if non-quantitative
reading)
- Text (Enabled if non-quantitative
reading)
- Text Only (Check box - enabled if
non-quantitative reading)
- Skip Reading (Check box - enabled
if point is not obligatory)
The following validations are
supported:
- Reading (Counter / Code / Text)
must be entered based on the Point
properties
- Counter reading entered must be
less than counter overflow
- New reading must be greater than
or equal to previous reading for a
continuous counter
- New reading must be less than or
equal to previous reading for a
reverse counter
- The reverse counter reading must
be a positive value (or zero)
- The Counter Reading entered must
be different from the Previous
Counter Reading
- The reverse counter reading must
be a negative value (or zero)
- The forward counter reading must
be a positive value (or zero)
