Initial transmit (Synchronization) has taken place and data has been downloaded on the mobile device.
Every transmit afterwards will download only new/changed data on the device.
In Rounds Manager the Entry List, Measuring Point, Measuring Point History, Equipment, Functional
Location data is downloaded and stored as Master data. No transactional data is fetched/downloaded as part
of the Transmit or On-demand in the Rounds Manager

Lists (local or actual)
- All points in a selected Entry
List (local or actual)
- All points for a selected
FLOC in a selected Entry List

Once the user is in the
appropriate layout, readings
can be taken for the points

Read Readings can be taken using 2.3 IK11 The following data must be entered
