4. Glass re-enforcement plastic fairings inspected for cracks and delamination. Inspected

Flight Control

1. Flap operation lever, support shaft bearing, actuator trunnion, mounting brackets and all

Hydraulic System
1. Stbd outer brake caliper has signs of fluid leak. Caliper dis-assembled, inspected and found ‘O’
rings defective. Caliper re-assembled and new ‘O’ rings fitted. Brakes bled, function check and

Pneumatic System
Landing Gear System
1. Nose wheel tire, hub assembly and bearings were inspected, all found satisfactory. 2015-12-05
2. Main under carriage, upper and lower attachment brackets were inspected and found satisfactory.

Fire Detection and Extinguishing System

1. Fire extinguisher to be inspected IAW manufacturer’s recommendation stated on bottle. Found to

Electrical System
1. Electric wiring was inspected, found satisfactory. 2015-12-05
2. Tail over heat detection unit and wiring were inspected, found satisfactory. 2015-12-05
3. Battery to be removed for cap check. 2016-01-24
4. Port generator does not appear to be producing power. Investigated and found regulator defective.
Defective item was replaced with a newly overhauled regulator. Security, A/C ground run and
load sharing test carried out satisfactory. 2016-02-17

Instrument System
1. Flap position indicator was inspected, found satisfactory. 2015-12-05
2. Visual inspection carried on direct reading compass, found satisfactory. 2016-02-03

Replacement of system components

1. Nose gear steering stiff. Inspected and found steering bungees defective. New bungees were
replaced. Operational and security checks carried out satisfactory. 2016-02-02
2. Passenger seat belt defective. New seat belt fitted. Function and security checks satisfactory.

1. Bare metal spots to be re-protect on tail skin. Bare metal spots were treated and re-protected as

2. Port fwd. and stbd. Rear passenger doors have excessive play. Investigated and found both hinge
bolts bushing worn. Defective items were removed and replaced with new serviceable items.
Door function checks satisfactory. 2015-12-05
3. Stbd. Elevator trim tab have excessive play. Investigated and found trim tab horn bolt defective.
Defective item was removed and replaced with a new serviceable item P/N A102-6D. Duplicate
inspection carried out satisfactory. 2015-12-05
4. Port side generator does not appear to be producing power. Investigated and found port generator
defective. Defective item was replaced with overhauled item. Security and ground run checks
satisfactory. 2016-02-17
5. Nose gear shimming. Inspected and found nose gear axle needed to be re-torqued. Axle re-
torqued. Operational checks satisfactory. 2016-01-26
6. Stall warning placard fallen off. Placard replaced as required. 2016-01-18
7. Creep mark to be re done. Creep mark re done on all wheels. 2016-01-18
8. Port fuel transfer pump slower than stbd. Flow checks carried out and found pump defective.
Pump replaced with a new item. Security and flow check satisfactory. No leak evident.2018-01-

3. Rudder bar assemblies visually inspected for cracks IAW BN-2/SB 56.
Schedule and Unscheduled Maintenance
1. Inspected attachment lanyard on fuel filler caps. Found satisfactory. 2016-02-03
2. Elevator hinge brackets and bearings to be inspect. Inspected and found satisfactory. 2016-02-03
3. All stbd and port brake liners worn to limit. Defective liners were replaced with new serviceable
items. Security and function checks satisfactory. 2016-02-03
4. Rudder trim control, sprocket, chain and bearing block to be inspect. Inspected and found
satisfactory. 2016-02-03
5. Elevator trim tab hinges, drive rod ends to be inspect. Inspected and found satisfactory. 2016-02-

6. Fuel cock selectors to be function check and lubricate. All fuel cock selectors were function
