Production
Production
The special attention given to quality of parts and reliability of the supplier enables us to create
reliable and modern tower cranes operable even in the harshest conditions.

Materials and parts we are using (metalworks, gears, electromotors, support and
electric equipment) all can operate in the most harsh environments, in snow
Siberia and under flaming sun of Baku.

The one-piece welding construction of all tower sections guarantee reliability and
durability of machines. Achieving a seismic resistance allows to operate tower
cranes in areas where seismic activity can reach 8-9 points on the Richter scale.

We are so confident in product quality that the warranty period is 18 months from
the date of putting the crane into operation. Upon the Customer's request, the
warranty period can be extended up to 3 years.

Components
Parts produced by leading European manufacturing companies have ensured reliability, high speed of
operating, productivity and energy efficiency!

Hoist and trolley winches is manufactured by Zollern. Slewing mechanism (Germany)

Operating mode of crane components is M5. These components can work 10 years without repair.

The rotary support is manufactured by PSL (Slovakia). PSL is a subsidiary of the international holding Rothe Erde,
which is one of world leaders in production of rotary supports.

An automatic lubrication system of the rotary support excludes hard manual work at height (Lincoln
Industrial, USA)

The frequency controlled system is designed with gears manufactured by ABB (Germany) and frequency
converters manufactured by Control Techniques (Great Britain).

Harting connectors provide fast and reliable erection of electrocable connections of the crane (Germany).

For production of metalworks of the crane are used the profile and round pipes manufactured by Vallourec &
Mannesmann Tubes (Germany) and adapted to requirements of the Russian documentation of production.

Electromotors are manufactured in France. This high-tech equipment is characterized by exceptional robustness,
reliability, and high efficiency.
