     EPLA is recommended.
     PLA/EPLA and LAG can not co-existing in the same link;
     1+1SD can not configure PLA/EPLA;
     1+1 HSB can not configure PLA;
     Only pairing group can form PLA group;Creating EPLA group
    no such limit;
     2 sets 1+1 HSB/FD/SD group can form EPLA through
    working(main) ports.
