Create or Die, emphasis for an Engineering student

The way I approached the book was trying to take every idea and demonstration of the
cases that each of your guests tell and contextualizing with the reality I am in, I am an
engineering student in automation where to exercise and during the development of my
studies I must think about innovation, optimization and creativity when it comes to solving
a job or creating a certain product or offering a service.
We were taken thanks to author silicon valley, the global innovation center and home of
Google, Apple, Facebook, eBay, Intel and many other companies involving the use of
high technology, being there wanted to know the secret of these people to develop ideas
that generate impact around the world, to which they refer that the only secret is people,
that it is to give an enabling environment where they exercise their creative ideas, where
they manage to become more educated in the day to day, and where young people can
work as a ma joint.
As an engineering student in automation I must create study and research methods that
allow me, develop skills to deal with any situation that is put before me in the industry
and apart from facing it find a solution that is new, creative that makes us see many more
points of view and its multiple ways of solution, giving a complete knowledge for the
development of the idea, besides this I am very impressed by the chef who gives his
recipes, I could easily do the an alogy with what we learn in our career and the way we
carry our ideas, if I don't share with others my knowledge and ideas are useless, just as
Acurio did offer his recipes to his competitors, because he saw that if others had his
recipes they could boosting the news of gastronomy and indeed did, Peru is known for
its gastronomy and wants to be above Paris and Rome.
"I came to the somewhat controversial conclusion that the places most conducive to
innovation are those where the arts flourish, new musical expressions, where there is a
large gay population, where there is good cuisine, as well as universities that can
transform creativity into innovation"
Oppenheimer tells us that we are at the core where innovation and creativity that are
initially ideas are transformed, as an engineer and as a person I must be smart enough
and lively enough to notice that in my hands and in my head there can be ideas and
solutions that can change the way I see things, that it's in me to believe, to make me
grow in every way possible, intellectually and above all as a person.
Ideas arise through knowledge and joint work also so it is also my duty to learn to work
as a team, tolerate, respect and take into account the ideas and knowledge of others
because my opinion and my way of seeing things cannot be the only and often it won't
be the best way to solve a problem.
