 Connection Types
Devices can be connected to the computer by
any of the following 4 types of connection:
 COM Port
 Local Area Network (LAN)
 USB Port
 Modem (only for Biometric
Hand Readers)
 Connection Types
If connection to the computer is not
possible, then transactions data can be
transferred from devices to computer also via
USB Flash.
 Key Features of Devices
 All transactions committed by the devices are being
stored in Log files.
 Devices have different Security Levels thus ensuring
that only authorized persons can delete transactions
from them, enroll new employees or change
settings.
 ONE device is enough for both IN and OUT punches.
 Devices have Door Opening function.
