JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF RICO y MAMBO.

I, Rico Y Mambo, 27 years old, driver of solid construction, and currently residing at
Apovel Subdivision, Patag, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental after having been sworn to
in accordance with the law do hereby depose and state:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

The person examining me was PO1 Regnault Jude Aribal of Carmen Police Station,
Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental who conducted my examination as a witness
at the office of Carmen Police Station, Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental.

That I am answering the questions herein fully conscious that I do so under of and that I
may be criminally liable for false testimony or perjury;

PURPOSE: This Affidavit/Testimony of Edgar is being offered to prove that the respondent
Peter y Arevalo actually violated R.A 7659 Art. 123.

Question No. 1 (Q1): Please state your name and other personal circumstances?
Answer No. 1 (A1): I, Rico Y Mambo, 27 years old, driver of solid construction, and currently
residing at Apovel Subdivision, Patag, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental.

Q2: Why are you here in investigation section in Carmen Police Station, Carmen, Cagayan de
Oro City, Misamis Oriental?
A2: I am here to give my statement relative to the crime violated by Peter y Arevalo, 28 years
old, male, married and a resident of Apovel Subdivision, Patag, Cagayan de Oro City.

Q3: When and where the crime took place?

A3: The arrest took place at Apovel Subdivision, Patag, Cagayan de Oro City at about 8:00
o’clock in the evening of 21 July 2017.

Q4: Can you please narrate what happened on that day?

A4: On or about 8 o’clock in the evening while Rico y Mambo, 27 years old, driver of solid
construction was having a drinking spree with his friend Jaime, Jose, and me. Suspect Peter
Arevalo appeared from the back of the dump truck, aimed and fired his gun at Rico. Rico ran
away after seeing Peter shout “Jose”. Rico did witness the shooting of Jaime and Edgar. When
Rico returned to the crime scene, he saw the bodies of Jaime, Jose and Edgar lying on the
ground. Rico and his companions rushed the victims to NMMC.
As a result of the shooting incident, Jaime, 30 and Jose, 31 died while Edgar survived.

A5: None so far.
