Our company Spage Eng Consultant Sdn. Bhd. offers two services to the client. 65 percent of our
revenue comes from construction designing and the other 35 percent from development advisory &
project management.

Development Advisory & Project Management

This service offers the required talent to provide professional feedback to complete a construction
project. Services such as management, structural design, road and drainage, geotechnical, water
and sewerage. Each department consist of at least one professional specialise that has years of
experience.

Construction Designing

Specialise that design everything from the structure to the sewerage. Our design often offers the
minimum cost as we thrive to find the adequate cost for the structure to last.

Although the construction market is going slow this years, our company has recorded an increase in
annual growth with 14% last year and projected to be 10% his year. With the involvement of both
private and government sector, we are optimist to reach this rate.

International Expansion

By 2025, we are optimist to form strategic partners with other south east Asian countries. Forming
partnership with other companies in these region will boost our reputation as a big player in the
consulting industry.

Industry standard

Certificate of standardization is crucial for the company’s growth and an edge in the competitive
market. Practising the best standardization would make our service a top quality in the business.
Quality Management

We believe that every well performing company has excellent management to make sure that the
company vision and goals are met. We are pursuing the international quality standards in
management system which include both Quality Assurance (QS) and Quality Control (QC).

Minimize Waste

We are currently trying be better in doing our part to minimize waste from the development. We are
committed to use the most economical way to complete a project from example recycling the debris
from the demolition works. Data confirms that 10-30% of waste from demolition can be recycled
and could produce concrete just as good as the standardize mixture.

Safety & Health policy

Spage Eng Sdn. Bhd. takes health and safety seriously. We always made sure that every employee
are complying to the health and safety code. We are hoping to always provide safe, healthy and
environmentally friendly atmosphere.
