MIND HEALTH AND YOU

Chapter 1 - Mind conditioning and emotional health

Universe is a fertile land. Your dreams, thoughts, mind perception, emotions are roots, seeds &
magnet. Let’s learn how to throw seeds in the universe and attract everything & get success in
your life.
We are linked to our subconscious mind & we can practice technique & condition our mind by
acceptance of concepts, positively oriented thoughts & beliefs, trust, confidence through which
we can become rich, happy, successful, and healthy.
Your mind is the only & the ultimate key to all your achievements. We can have positive
thinking & beliefs can change the habits, nature, personality & everything around us. We can
condition or control our subconscious mind to perform wonders, achieve the impossible in
studies, career, business and relationship. It can make fulfill our dreams and desires.

Like a good gardener, and based on the habit of thinking you put the seeds of thoughts in your
subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind may be take some time to accept it and it never
differentiate between all kinds of seeds, whether it is good or bad. As soon as you transplant in
your subconscious mind, it will grow in your body and environment. Begin now to sow the
thoughts of peace, happiness, love, sympathy, faith. Accept them completely in your conscious
logical mind. Keep sowing to plant these amazing seeds of thoughts in the mind, and you will
reap a great harvest. Therefore, every thought is a reason, and each condition has its own
influence. For this purpose, it is necessary that you take charge of your thoughts and idea so
that you can move forward.
The state in which all suffering and mental agony is terminated is called
Nirvana. Nirvana is an un-ended state of great joy and peace. I am going to
burn a candle of Bliss. The flame of griefs and suffering is put out for pure
happiness. I will try to condition the mind throughout the chapters through
putting good quotes of Bliss, happiness, fun and peaceful life which shows
the spiritual voice of authenticity.

Human Body can function perfectly till last breath of the life.
Human body is created to function perfectly till the last breath & minute of the life. Health,
balance, perfection, healing, re-generation, & survival are laws of body.
Diseases is acquired due to ignorance. It is byproduct our abnormal habits. Understand and
eliminate the root cause by abnormal causes, then health can also be achieved through normal
and healthy habits.
Disease is not being cured, instead ignorance has to cure.
Know the ultimate truth and the secrets of health, nutrition, root causes of diseases and
eliminate the word ‘disease’ permanent from our life.

Emotions effect our health


Our body responds to the way we think, feel, and act. When you are stressed, anxious, or
upset, our body giving signal that body is out of balance
or something that’s not correct. Hostility, anger,
frustration, bereavement, sadness, tears,
disappointments are the highest scorer when it comes
to negative emotions. Negative thoughts encourage all
kinds of illnesses.
For example, you might develop high blood pressure or
a stomach ulcer after a particularly stressful event,
such as the death of a loved one.
Other health issue due to depression may cause
 Less energy for doing work & increase tiredness
 Less or more sleeping issue
 Unexpected weight gain or loss.
 Week concentration, no clear decisions making.
 Irritation & feeling of restlessness.
 Feelings of suicide & hopelessness

I have been struggled number of years when I was attending my school or appearing for CS
Exams I undergo the high level of stress & several time I have severe headache & anxiety
disorder while attending the exams. But every time I tried to achieve that level of perfection but
I failed every time to overcome the situation of emotional distress & it would be easy if I had
been brought up in that atmosphere right from the beginning. I work on to taking care of
myself.
I started to sleep properly at time of exam which enough to give proper energy & fresh mood &
also avoid junk food at the time of exams. So, I went to examination room with positive
thoughts “I have passed my examination with good marks” instead of convincing myself that I
shall be failed in exams. I just beginning to believe that I get good marks in exams & only one
exam is enough or sufficient for my carrier. I can have better opportunity in future also. Thus, I
avoid worse thing which lead to create bad scenario & so I stressed out over an exams.

A positive & negative thoughts cannot exist in our mind simultaneously. Both can cancel one
another out. The positive emotions like love, compassion, social support and job satisfaction
share a pleasant and improve individual physical health & psychological well-being. By focusing
on the positive emotions of trust, delight, joy, love, calm and cool, one can avoid allowing the
negative emotions of sadness, hatred, anxiety, hostile, revenge, greediness, superstition, anger
to take root and destroy the positive outlook. By disciplining the mind to only allow approving
or positive emotions to ahead, an individual conditions the mind so that negative emotions are
not permitted to enter it.

That is where my plea for change in our education set up for the new generation.
Our traditional concepts of ‘Satsang’ is important step in spiritual practice which he may come
across new life concepts and learning. Satsang is an opportunity to serve God, love for others
and it able to access God’s thoughts and provide holistic answers.
When we practice the Satsang, some followers get answered of questions which they have in
their mind. When we attend Satsang, then we get the positivity energies, embracing truth and
divine consciousness.

with it."

Body can be out of balance due to Emotions


The emotions maybe reason of body out of balance issue like –
 Constipation,
 Appetite & stomach issues,
 Back Pain & Regular Pain in chest,
 Dry Mouth, Tiredness & Sweating,
 High Blood pressure & Trouble in Sleeping,
 Stiff neck, High weight gain or loss, weak immunity.
Our Scientists believe that illness like schizophrenia may be cause by stress or extraordinary
pressures.
 In the brain, it provides some of necessary building blocks are the chemical messengers
that that ferry signals among neuron as well as other cell in the body.
 The building blocks of proteins are important for a chemical reaction. Any disorder leads
to the body is unable to process the amino acids properly.
So, the whole-body allows for balance and harmony to return.

How to improve emotional health


There are many ways through which we can improve our emotions.
Firstly identify your emotions and think why they arises.
If we get success in getting reason behind of disappointments, stress, and miseries in our life
then certainly we are now prepared to take necessary steps to overcome this situation. Please
check the following ways:-

Take steps to prevent stress


You can feel stressed at times. How you react to stress will determine its effect on you. Take
steps to prevent stress when you can and manage it when you can’t.

You may express your feelings to professional persons


If stress, disappointment, anxiety are causing physical issues & if we keep this feelings inside &
it results in creating the feeling of worse. It is possible that not always your family members or
any friend can help you to face it in better way. At this times, we can take assistant of, any
psychologist, or a spiritual advisor or any other specialized person who can improve your
emotional health.

Better to be focused on positive side


It’s better to focus on the things that so we can avoid the negative feelings. It’s necessary to
deal with negative feelings, so we can make the way for positive things in our life or if it is
possible then it’s better to create a vision that can help us in making the thing blissful or
pleasure when we need it. We have to give the time to inner enjoyment. It’s proved from the
latest studies and researches that having a positive outlook can improve your quality of life and
give your health a boost.

Build up resilience
It is better to understand about flexibility & ability to recover from any issues if we facing it &
we have to sort out the way from the problem itself & which able to handle with stress in a
correct way.
Resilience may deal the issues with different outlooks just make the things in perspective way &
create the feeling of confidence and have all ability to solve the issue when it will arrive.

Care yourself and develop the better habits


If I want to enjoy the good emotional health, it is necessary for me to choose healthy diet, sleep
well, and do regular exercises to release the tension. Please avoid using drugs or other alcohol
drinks and any other things on regular basis which can cause health problems.

Peace of mind and body


There are several methods through which we can calm our mind like watching religious TV
channels, meditation, listening to music, doing yoga, and learning Reiki are some manners to
bring our emotions into control. The best of them is meditation. It keeps your mind free of
unnecessary self-talk or compulsive thinking. However, people avoid this quickly because when
they are willing to do so, the mind starts taking other needless instructions from somewhere
else without your permission. So we are not now awaken to inner spirituality and in a minute
we can’t achieve it. If we practice regularly in daily routine and then you can easily pay
attention to where the inconsistency is. Initially, do it for at least 15 minutes every day. The
basic method of watching light entering into your body, concentrate on breathing, and list of
yoga poses etc. improves your concentration, so that you become fit, flexible, and energetic. It
relaxes your body in few minutes. You can increase this daily interval time. If you follow the
method of meditation in your daily life, it can easily overcome the issues of depression, anxiety
and sadness. It increase intelligence, inner piece, memory, and creativity.
