digital channels that we have used so far. We get better customer engagement
than any other forms. Probably due to the fact that people are now more into
social media than any other platform.
➔ Seach Engine Optimization – We utilize SEO to make sure that when customers

4. Select and research a well-known business entrepreneur. Provide details of five
key strategies which have played a part in the success of this figure.
WARREN BUFFET
➔ “I don’t look to jump over seven-foot bars; I look around for one-foot bars that I
can step over.” – Mr. Buffet means that success isn’t achieved by implementing
one huge strategy, usually success is achieved by taking small steps. One step at
a time.
➔ “Diversification is a protection against ignorance. It makes very little sense for
those who know what they’re doing.” – Diversification ensures that business
will still be running even if one portion of it is losing.
➔ “It’s far better to buy a wonderful company at a fair price than a fair company
at a wonderful price.” – On investments, it’s better to take a risk on something
that yields more on a high but reasonble expense than on something that may
not bring something for you bought a very low price
➔ “It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think
about that, you’ll do things differently.” – Reputation is the bread and butter of
any organization. And it only takes one customer to bring a company down.
➔ “It’s better to hang out with people better than you. Pick out associates whose
behavior is better than yours and you’ll drift in that direction.” – Hire people
that are better than you, and grow with them. Their experience and knowledge
will allow you to be a better person.

5. How does your organisation grant approval for the implementation of innovative
ideas? Are there any steps that could be taken to improve the speed and
efficiency of the approval process?
They always seek to undertake a meeting where the innovative thinking could be
justified as a process that would make things easier, also showing all the benefits and
ROI it would furtherly bring to the business.
6. What methods could be used to limit the negative impacts of change within your
organisation?
Some of them, are:
➔ Implement open communication channels
➔ Manage resistance to change
➔ Implement motivational remedies that could make employees excited with the
change
➔ Provide inputs to employees
7. What methods may your business use to record information about the success or
failure of innovative strategies? How should this information be stored?
By recording on spreadsheets all the results gathered in every stage of the process,
which will allow you to furtherly analyse the success and failures of the implementation
process
