Package Inclusions:
● Accommoda on on twin sharing basis

● Intercity transfers and sightseeing by an AC vehicle (AC will not work on hills)

Please note Rohtang Pass & Manikaran is not included in this package and Rohtang pass is closed on
every Tuesday.

Day Wise I nerary


DAY 1 – New Delhi – Shimla
Upon arrival at the airport and drive towards Shimla, a very popular holiday-retreat, well-known for its
Victorian architecture which is reflected in certain areas of the Mall and The Ridge. It is also a famous
holiday spot for honeymoon.
Upon arrival at Shimla, check in at the OYO hotel.

DAY 2 – Shimla
A er breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a half day excursion to Kufri (2500mts). Kufri is also renowned
for other adventures ac vi es such as skiing, tobogganing (sliding downhill on a sled), etc. Kufri has the
oldest skiing slopes in Himachal Pradesh. You can also take a hike or a take a Pony up to Mashu Peak.
A ernoon: Guests will be dropped at the Shimla Mall road to explore by themselves. A rac ons of the
mall road include Shimla Church, Scandal Point, Gaiety Theatre, Town hall & shopping.
Evening, the guests shall be transferred to their respec ve OYO hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 3 – Shimla – Manali


A er breakfast at hotel, depart for Manali. Drive past Beas-Sutlej Link project, Pandoh Dam & Kullu
Valley. Lunch shall be en-route on direct payment basis.
Check in to your OYO hotel on arrival for an overnight stay.

DAY 4 – Manali Sightseeing


A er Breakfast, Proceed for local sightseeing of Manali or Rohtang Pass (On direct payment basis). Visit
Vashishtha Kund, Hidimba Temple, Tibetan Monastery. Enjoy rest of the day at leisure.
Stay overnight at the OYO hotel in Manali.

DAY 5 – Manali – New Delhi


Guest taking flights from Delhi and Chandigarh has to Check-Out from the hotel early morning around
5-6AM and book their flight a er 10:00 PM as it takes 12-13 hours to reach Delhi from Manali.
A er an early breakfast drive back to Delhi.

Package Exclusions:
● Meals other than those specified above
● Personal expenses like portages, ps, laundry, mineral water etc.
● Monument entrances, camera charges, etc.
● Any ac vity not men oned in the inclusions
● Travel Insurance
● Addi onal cost due to flight cancella on/ road blocks, Poli cal unrest etc.

Important informa on:

● In case of triple occupancy, the third occupant of the room shall be provided a ma ress/rollaway
bed.
● Early check in and Late check outs will be chargeable and subject to availability
● Sightseeing of Rohtang Pass and Hamta Pass is not included in the package while it is not
men oned specifically, guest need to make direct payment for their visit. For these points, guest
need to make prior arrangements at least a day before. It is purely subject to availability and
OYO has no role to play in booking.
● Rohtang Pass opens up around mid-May and will be closed in Mid-October
● Meals booked would be by default vegetarian, you need to inform and book in advance for Non
Veg Meals.
● Cab will not go to mall road as per Himachal tourism policy, it will drop you at the nearest point.
● Cab AC will not work in hills, usage of AC in hills may lead to mechanical issues in car.
● Cab will run strictly as per the i nerary and it is not disposal unless it is not men oned
specifically. If customer wishes to go market separately and want to go for a late evening dinner
he has to pay directly to the driver
● Only 1 Luggage is permi ed per pax. If too many of extra belonging, client have to pay
supplement charges for addi onal luggage vehicle and please inform supplier in advance.
● Guest Arrival / Departure details in advance along with a working mobile no. detail is important
for smoother opera ons
● Driver has fixed working hours and his working me is ll 8AM to 6PM
● Heater charges are not included in package - need to be paid directly to the hotel.
● Average cab speed is lesser in hills in comparison to plains - one needs to be careful in including
any sightseeing in i nerary. E.g. Shimla to Manali or Manali to Chandigarh takes 8-10 hours
easily, therefore, no sightseeing can be included on these days
● 'Day at Leisure' essen ally implies that no sightseeing/ac vity is included for that day
● If you are booked for a sharing accommoda on, transport or ac vity, you have to strictly follow
the mings (Check-in/Check-out mings, Drop and Pickup mings) so that the tour can be
smoothly accomplished. OYO would not be responsible for any missed or unused part of your
tour.
● Entrance fee would not be included unless it is men oned specifically.
● Guest need to pay mandatory dinner costs and surcharges applicable in fes ve season like
Christmas and New Year directly at the hotel unless it is not included specifically.

T&C:
● All given rates are per person on Twin/Double sharing basis, un l unless specified specially in
Quota on.
● All given rates at quota on level are based on real me availability. There may be a change in
price in between the me interval of Quota on and Confirma on of Package. Any such change
will be specified accordingly.
● Special payment and cancella on policy will be applicable during peak season/Blackout dates.
These dates usually – City Events, Regional/Na onal Holidays, Poli cal Conferences, Major
Cultural fes vals or any other Event which can affect regular tourist movement.
● In case of unavailability of rooms in given Hotels due to any unexpected scenario, alternate
accommoda on arrangement will be made in similar standard available Hotel.
● Room occupancy will strictly be in accordance with the one confirmed at the me of booking.
● Check-in and Check-out mings of Hotels are different and based on the regula ons/Policies of
local Hotel unions of concern region/City or general trend of market. These will be specified at
the me of quota on/Communica on.
● In case of Triple sharing room, rolling ma ress will be provided for third person. Occupancy
regula ons for Family rooms and other Club rooms will be in accordance with Hotel’s policy.
● Availability of rooms, given at the me of Quota on, will be on real me basis and final
availability will be shared at the me of confirma on of package. OYO will not hold any services
on confirmed state, at quota on stage.
● Any booking related with flight ckets will be booked on real me price basis. OYO will not hold
any Air cket on confirmed basis without final payment of air ckets share. As airfares are
extremely dynamic in nature, any difference in cost, arises during acknowledgement and
issuance of cket, will be taken care by Client.
● Any amendment in issued flight ckets, like – Change in Dates, Names, ming, airline or any
other informa on will a ract amendment charges as per Airline’s amendment Policies.
● Flight cket cancella on / Refund is strictly in accordance with Airline’s cancella on/Refund
policies.
● OYO Shall not be responsible for any Loss of Baggage / Loss of Belongings / Broken Baggage at
Airport or anywhere else.
● Flight mings are to be kept into considera on while reaching to the airport. OYO shall not be
responsible for any incidence where client is not able to reach airport / Board the flight due to
any reason of personal nature, Insufficient me dura on in connec ng flights or any other
reason related with airline’s governance like – Delay in Flight, Change in ming / Overbooking by
Airline or any other factor.
● Vehicle provided during tour will follow the tour plan specified in the i nerary. Driver in any way
will not be deviated from the specified / common route.
● Vehicle provided during the tour will not be on disposable basis. Any travel, a er the ac vity
decided in tour will not be permi ed. Late evening / late night drive apart from designed plan
will be prohibited.
● There are some monuments/areas, restricted for Vehicle entrance by the local authori es. In any
such case, Vehicle will drop you ll the nearest possible point and further arrangements will
have to be managed by Client.
● Vehicle will not be allocated on the leisure day (day free for relaxa on).
● Air Condi on in Vehicles will not be opera onal on hilly areas (due to mechanical reasons).
Driver reserves the rights to switch off /operate AC as per the terrain, clima c and vehicle’s
condi on.
● Any entrance fees, monument fees or any other ac vity charges, including but not limited to
charges in rela on to parking, transporta on, tolls, taxes, camping, admission, meals etc. will not
be included in the package un l and unless so specified specially in inclusion sec on.
● The above men oned package may not be available with displayed price during Long
Week-ends, Na onal Holidays and Regional fes vals. There is a probability of difference in cost,
which will be specified at the me of communica on.
● In case of amendment in package due to increase in number of Guests. The difference in cost
shall be borne by the Client/customer.
● Any charges related with on-ground modifica on/addi on of service, which is opted by Client by
his/her own choice and not affec ng rest of the tour i nerary, will have to be paid directly to
Driver/Supplier on the behalf of OYO.
● OYO reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour package, in part or in whole, at any me
prior to the commencement of the tour or a par cular part of the tour, as the case may be, for
any reason including but not limited to the act of god, act of man whether or not unforeseen
and / or unexpected etc. In all such cases, refund will be processed according to the Cancella on
policy of OYO as applicable at that specific point of me.
● OYO Shall not be held responsible for any refund/Charges, in case of services booked of
non-refundable nature. OYO’s liability in rela on to the Package shall at all mes be limited to
those circumstances where an express liability has been cast on it under these Terms.
● In case of any on ground issues with any third party, OYO shall try to support in all possible ways
but shall not be held liable for the act and hence will not be liable for any sort of compensa on.
● In case of any natural calamity or any other force majeure incident, OYO reserves the rights to
modify/change or cancel the par al or complete tour Package. OYO shall not be held responsible
for refund/Compensa on in any such circumstances.
● Package price is a consolida on of different components inseparable in nature in terms of
cos ng. Any unused service/services due to any unspecified reason, will not be refunded back.
● Refund on cancella on (Cancella on in accordance with Cancella on Policies) is strictly
dependent on Cancella on policies and the refund process will take minimum 14 working days.
● Oyo's en re liability to the Client for any claim arising out of this Package / browsing the
website/ applica on, shall be limited to the amount equivalent to the price paid by the Client for
the Package giving rise to such claim minus all applicable taxes and third-party charges.
● OYO shall not be liable to pay for any loss suffered by the Client, if it is found that the Client had
been in viola on of any express or implied direc ons given by or on behalf of OYO, applicable
law, rule and / or regula ons.
● No offer, promo code or discount shall be applicable to this Package unless so expressly no fied
by OYO on its website and this Package cannot be clubbed with any scheme, offer, and package
of OYO or its associates.
● All grievances shall first be raised with Customer rela onship team within 15 days of the
occurrence of such event. In case no resolu on to such grievance is provided by Customer
rela onship team within 30 days, the Client shall have the right to escalate the dispute in the
accordance with these terms and OYO’s applicable policies.
● Client shall be liable to reimburse OYO for any and all losses suffered and / or charges incurred as
a result of the Client’s ac ons, direct or indirect, in rela on to Client
● This Package shall be governed by laws of India, and all disputes in rela on to this package shall
be resolved via arbitra on in Delhi in accordance with the Arbitra on and Concilia on Act, 1996.
The courts of Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdic on in rela on to any ma er arising out of
the Package.
● This Package and all of your rights and obliga ons in rela on to the same are non-transferable
and cannot be assigned without the prior permission of OYO.
