PRODUCTS & SERVICES

• Architectural Renditions Walkthrough
We at PAN create high quality architectural renditions i.e. visual reflections of
your design including form, function & materials. Our team comprises of
professionals with years of experience in this field which makes PAN a desired
company to work with.

The type of architectural rendition produced by PAN are specifically tailored to

suite buildings with unique elements that cannot accurately be portrayed with

2
standard drawing or other forms of art work as their effect is sterile, artificial and
lacks in essential visualization.

If you are seeking to clearly reveal the subtle textures and nuanced colors of the
materials incorporated into your design and wish to fully capture the essence and
distinctive character of your creation, then a PAN creation will live up to your
expectation. Individual appearance of each of your unique features is
meticulously rendered to accurately represent the final product.

After the structure is digitally crafted, it is then carefully worked upon with a digital
replication of the actual site which displays all the background and foreground
details to fully embrace the natural power of the surrounding scenery. Authentic
landscaping and other necessary features such as cars, people or seasonal
elements are then added to create the most convincing rendition possible.

Walkthrough on the other hand is a term often used in the software industry.
Sometimes walkthroughs are used in very many forms of human endeavor since
the process is a thought experiment that seeks to determine the likely outcomes
of an affair based on conditions and the effects of decisions taken.

An architectural walkthrough utilizes computer software to provide a virtual tour

of a building or structure prior to its real life construction. The walkthrough is
sometimes referred to as a flythrough, whilst the walkthrough is an important
communication tool to demonstrate how the building will be seen by pedestrian
users of a building or an end user, the software does not confine the viewer to
one view point rather it permits the possibility of seeing the building from all
angles.

PAN specializes in producing distinctive Renditions / Walkthroughs for distinctive

architectural plans.

• Flash Shock Wave Animations

Flash is one of the authoring tools for animated multimedia both on & off the web.
PAN specialists have the right exposure & experience in designing via this
technology. Flash / Shockwave are widely accepted technologies for creating
interactive real-time animation's on the Web. An amazing thing about Flash
animation technology is its low bandwidth requirements compared to animated
GIF's & Quick Time movies.

Flash is one of those wonderful programs that can be put for a plethora of uses.
But one of the most common things people want to be able to do with it is make
cartoons and animations. It can be used to make simple animated banners,
graphics, entire web sites & CD business cards.

3
Also, Shockwave Animations have progressively become easier to view online.
Though Shockwave Movies for presentation are much more complex but they
are real eye-catchers than any other form of presentation. It can include
animation, video, video backgrounds, voice narration & can still function just like
a PowerPoint presentation which is easy to navigate and interesting to watch.

• Cartoon-Animation
The name "Animated Cartoon" is generally not used when referring to full-length
animated productions, since the term more or less implies to a shorter version.
As per recent development boom in the animation industry and it’s wider fan
following, huge number of animated feature films are being produced, both at the
Bollywood & Hollywood.

PAN’s Cartoon Animation Studio creates customized animated cartoons. Ours is

an easy system while developing animated cartoons!

Animation Cartoons can be constructed / designed / created through various

softwares & technologies. PAN specialists have exposure in designing cartoon
animation via all latest softwares and technologies.

• Educational Animation Movie

Popularity of using animations to help learners understand and remember
information has greatly increased since the advent of powerful graphic-oriented
computers. This technology allows animation to be produced at ease & that too
at a cost-effective price. Educational animation requires specialized team &
techniques that present the content in a way which is eye catching & connects
with audience interest. Teachers who are always on a lookout for new techniques
to make their subjects interesting have always been on a lookout for such
options. These days schools are adapting to these techniques and making sure
that their students get more then what they actually could from traditional method
of study.

favorable conditions by three strategic technology partners (IS for back end

Building Interior:
Interior designers can show 3D mock up to the clients with type of furniture to be
used, wall & floor treatments and drapery without starting actual work. Any
changes or rework required can be done as per client specifications right there
which would further streamline process for future work deployment. The provision
of a dramatic walkthrough of the finished designs is a delightful add-on for the
client.

Building Exterior:

3D Walkthroughs usually start with depiction of the external facade of the

building where structure, architecture & building materials can be exhibited.

External Environment:
3D Architectural animation especially in the case of 3D Flythrough will include
exterior features such as landscaping, trees, hedges, fences, vehicles, roads &
neighborhood in general.

3D Virtual Art Galleries

Virtual art gallery walkthroughs are more effective than a simple 2D catalogue.
Relevant information such as artist details would be incorporated into 3D virtual
room design. Customized showings for different markets & different pricing
provide flexibility for an enhanced consumer base that may view the show from
remote locations. 3D walkthrough helps you transform your thoughts into
impressive integrated multimedia presentation representing architectural

7
establishment. It also provides a fitting visual presentation & accurately portrays
complex engineering concepts.
