Job Responsibilities:
 BOQ’s preparation for new construction and rehab work.
 Provide technical guidance, and training to contractor’s engineers by constructing Trial
panel before commencing construction to understand the methodology.
 Supervise all the major concrete activities and monitor overall construction work according
to specifications focusing on quality assurance.
 Conduct Inspections on MIS App to update progress and put observations on quality of
work and suggest remedial measurements in case of imperfections.
 Taking record of all technical documents e.g. Construction drawings, BOQ’s, Contract
Document, Material submittals, material Test reports, Construction Schedule, daily reports’
 Taking joint measurements with contractor for IPC’s and verification of computerized
copies of running and final IPC’s submitted by contractor.
