Introduction

Welcome to HEENAN’s Flat Belly Secret Detox Blueprint. In this manual you’ll find some of the best fat burning teas and smoothies around, to help you burn fat even faster (not to mention, they are delicious!)

The benefits of tea and your health cannot be overlooked, which is why we recommend drinking one cup of tea in the morning and another before bedtime for best results.

Drinking tea has been shown to increase fat burning and has some great anti-aging properties.

This manual includes 5 different sections:

We’ve tested out each one of these recipes and they taste delicious. However, feel free to tweak them for yourself to make them to your liking.

Metabolic Morning Teas

Spicy Ginger Oolong Tea

The combination of the oolong tea and ginger, pack a powerful weight loss punch.

Oolong tea can help promote weight loss while the ginger can help reduce soreness, is anti-inflammatory, and lowers blood sugar levels.

How To Make It

Steep an organic oolong tea with 3-5 slices of raw ginger (from the root is recommended) in hot water.

Feel free to add 1/2 a teaspoon of honey, and enjoy!

For a little kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the mix!

(note: a great substitute for the oolong tea is green tea!)

Metabolic Green

In green tea, there are compounds called catechins that may help eliminate fat from fat cells (particularly around the midsection). Plus, green tea is one of the best metabolism boosting teas out there.

Then by adding cinnamon to the mix, it adds even more health

benefits including can lower blood sugar levels and even reduce the

risk of heart disease.

How To Make It

For this recipe, all you’ll need to do is steep some organic green tea for 3-5 minutes.

Add 1/4 of a teaspoon of cinnamon to your cup and pour the green tea over.

Turmeric Ginger Tea

This may be the best morning teas out there.

Turmeric is one of the most powerful spices on the planet. It’s known to be strongly anti-inflammatory, so strong that it can often times match the effectiveness of some anti-inflammatory drugs.

Not only that, turmeric can even help delay the aging process and age-relate diseases.

So, this is an amazing spice to add to your daily routine.

Personally, I like adding it into my teas.

Add it in combination with ginger, and you’ve got the perfect fat melting tea (among MANY other health benefits!)

How To Make It

Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add in 3-5 fresh ginger slices and 1 serving of PureThrive.

Pre-Meal Fat Melter

Before every meal, it’s always a good idea to have some lemon water.

Here’s why:

How To Make It:

30-60 minutes before your meals add 1/4 of a lemon to 8-12 ounces of water and enjoy. Then eat your meal as usual.

Chamomile is the rockstar of the night time tea family. It can help you relax, treat colds, is anti-inflammatory, and can even settle your stomach.

How To Make It:

Peppermint Vanilla Fat Blitzer Tea

Not only is peppermint tea delicious, it’s been show to improve digestion, reduce pain, help your relax, boost your immune system, and even aid in weight loss.

Vanilla bean, although not well known for it’s amazing health benefits, will help support mental performance, fight inflammation, and just tastes delicious!

This is one of our favorite nighttime teas.

How To Make It:

Bring your water to a boil, then pour the water over 5-10 fresh mint leaves and 1 serving of organic vanilla bean powder. You can also use 1/4 of in inch of a vanilla bean pod if you don’t have powder.

Stinkin’ Amazing Fat Burner Tea

You may be wondering what the heck that name means… Well, this night time tea can be a little… Stinky.

However, although stinky, you can’t beat the benefits.

How To Make It:

So many people that I talk to have a really hard time drinking enough plain water … And because water is so important for your health and well-being, Kelsey and I created Fat Burning Water recipes that you can make to give your water an extra little boost.

Give one of these water recipes a try and if you find one you really love, make a big batch of it and drink it throughout the day!

Blueberry Mint

Ingredients :

1⁄2 cup ice 1 cup sparkling or still water 6 blueberries 6 mint leaves

Pomegranate Ginger

Ingredients :

1⁄2 cup ice 1 cup sparking or still water 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds 1 lemon, juiced 4 inches ginger root , juiced

Grate ginger with a cheese grater Put ginger pieces into a cheesecloth and squeeze out the juice ( can be squeezed with hands as well ) Combine ginger juice and lemon juice and pour into a glass of ice Add pomegranate seeds and pour water into glass

Ingredients :

1⁄2 cup ice

Below are some of our favorite fat burning smoothie recipes. These are a great way to get some extra protein into your day or to have as a snack throughout the day.
