Goals & Objectives: A student satisfaction survey is a questionnaire that an instructor or

school official sends to their students. The questionnaire can ask for feedback on a range of topics,
including: the classroom experience, the performance of administrative functions (like registering
for classes), or the quality of extracurricular the school offers. An online student satisfaction survey
can be delivered in a variety of ways, but email is often the most effective method.

So why conduct this student satisfaction survey? To know if our university is likely has many
different programs and functions, so it can help your focus and your efforts at improvement. The
survey aims to get reliable results from reliable students. The survey would tell us how students
feel about our school’s environment and facilities.

This survey asks students to assess educational, social, and other aspects of our university. How
effective is the teaching? Is our academic advisor helpful? Do students feel safe on campus? When
