As per findings of Ms. Rianelle L. Andrade:

The mark may not registered because:

-it nearly resembles a registered mark belonging to a
different proprietor and the resemblance is likely to
deceive or cause confusion. (IP Code, Sec.
123.1[d][ii]). See list of cited marks.

If the applicant chooses to respond to this official action

notwithstanding the objection raised, then the following
must also be complied with:

1. The goods covered by the subject mark have

been amended and reclassified to:
Class 16: Double-sided adhesive tapes; adhesive
tapes for stationary
The applicant may opt to remit the amount
php1,494.80 for additional one (1) class of goods or
may delete the aforesaid goods from list. However,
it is suggested that the payment be remitted after
the applicant successfully traverse the objection
raised.
2. Please give the complete name of the applicant
by giving the appropriate entity designation such
as “CORP”. or “INC. In case ___________________ is a
business name, the application should be
 amended to reflect the proprietor for the mark as
the business name has no legal personality, and,
thus may not acquire applicant status.
