AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION

I, ROBERTO R. HUANG, of legal age, Filipino, married and with residence address
at Palanginan, Iba, Zambales, hereby depose and state:

1) That I am a co-owner of a real property situated at Brgy. San Juan,

Cabangan, Zambales with an area of 74,440.04 Square Meters, identified as Lot 2344,
PLS 468-D and particularly covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 044-
2019001706 issued by the Registry of Deeds for Iba, Zambales, a copy of which is
attached herewith as Annex “A”;

2) That the said property emanated from Original Certificate of Title (OCT) No.
CLOA-0-2074 that was awarded by the Department of Agrarian Reform thru Certificate
of Land Ownership Award No. 00183787, a copy of which is attached herewith as
Annex “B”;

3) That after I made an ocular inspection of the property, it appears that there
is a clear typographical error in the dimension details of the area concerning the subject
property that started from the previous OCT No. CLOA-0-2074 and followed by the
current TCT No. 044-2019001706, particularly, “THENCE N. 60 DEG. 52’E., 28.20 M. TO
POINT 4” which appears to be small and narrow in size;

4) That I thus hired the services of a surveyor to clarify the measurements of

our property who conducted the survey. The said error in the measurement is shown and
clarified in the Sketch Plan of the property (Lot 2344, CABANGAN PLS 468-D) issued by
Geodetic Engineer Arnel T. Pagtalunan wherein the correct dimension of the same Point
3-4 with Bearing N. 60’ 52’E is “282.02 M.” and NOT “28.20 M.” as indicated in our TCT
No. 044-2019001706, a copy of the Sketch Plan is attached herewith as Annex “C”;

5) That the foregoing correction in the dimension of the subject area is further
verified and supported by the Cadastral Map and Technical Description of the same Lot
2344 that indicates the true dimension of the subject property as “282.02” issued by the
Bureau of Lands, Department of Environment and Natural Resources;

6) That I am hereby requesting that the necessary corrections be made in TCT

No. 044-2019001706 showing the true dimension as “THENCE N. 60 DEG. 52’E., 282.02
M. TO POINT 4”, instead of “THENCE N. 60 DEG. 52’E., 28.20 M. TO POINT 4”.
