Paper page limit 10,000 words. All manuscripts must be written in English
and should use Harvard style for referencing. Template example can be

Peer review
Papers will be peer-reviewed, and selected papers will be organized into
sessions for web-based presentations during the conference. Selection
criteria is based on the quality of submitted papers, but favors researchers
