Consultative Meeting with the SIP Team for BSP/ GSP Registration

Rationale Scouting is one of the best way to impart discipline to the student. Its
principle will lead the pupils in developing life long behavior that will
help them later in life.
Objectives The objectives of the activity are the following:
a. To review status of the school, BSP Registration
b. To develop projects to address the problem
c. To schedule dates of activities

Expenses 300 pesos will be allocated for the snacks from the Canteen Fund
Monitoring and Review of the current status of the school on BSP, GSP Registration
Evaluation The school head and the SIP Team determined that only 5% of the pupils
were registered in scouting.
Developing projects and activities to address the school needs.
The SIP Team develop activities to increase the rate of
registration in BSP and GSP such as
Meeting with the parents and stakeholders about the
benefits of scouting
Sponsoring (Adopt a scout)
Solicitation
Scheduling dates for the activities
The following activities were scheduled as follows:

Sponsoring – October 8-12, 2018
