V. Remarks

The more diverse the students the more difficult to manage the classroom. It is
important that we need to keep our learners attentive because that is the only way for
them to learn what we are discussing or doing inside the classroom. Collaborative
learning and series of activities can help the student to learn faster and it allows them to
retain the learnings from previous discussions.

VI. REFLECTION

all present
b. No. of learners who require additional activities for remediation who scored below
80%.
none so far
c. Did the remedial lessons work? No. of learners who have caught up with the
lesson.
not yet, no form of remedial classes being conducted
d. No. of learners who continue to require remediation
none
e. Which of my teaching strategies worked well? Why did these work?
Group activity and by encouraging them to speak up their ideas. These work
because you are boosting the self-esteem of the learner.
f. What difficulties did I encounter which my principal or supervisor can help me
solve?
My principal helped and gave his idea on how to make a lesson plan so that I will
be guided for my classes.
g. What innovation or localized materials did I used/discover which I wish to share
with other teachers?
resources from internet

REFLECTION:

Teaching is never an easy job. Holding the attention of the learners for an hour is not an
easy task especially there are a lot of distractions. Classroom management is essential
so that learning process will take place.
