I. Objectives: At the end of the lesson, the students are expected to:
1. Differentiate the various forms of business organization.
2. Give an example of each form of business organization.
3. Decide the best form of business organization that the
student wanted to have in the future.
III. Procedure:
b. Analysis
Guide questions from the activity (20mins)
1. What can you say about Mr. Go?
2. What is the form of business organization has first, when
he was started alone, second, when his relatives and
friends joined him and finally, when many investors
invested in his business?
3. How do we differentiate the forms of business organization
that Mr. Go has created fro the time he started and when
his business becomes a multi-company?
c. Abstraction
Ask students the following questions:
1. What have you understand about sole proprietor,
partnership and corporation?
2. Why it is important to understand the different forms of
business organization?
3. What do you think is the best form of business
organization?
IV. Remarks:
Based on the understanding that they have shared to the
class, I believed that they have learned very well how to
differentiate the business forms and can also sight and
example of each of the form.
