March 1995, working with Hugh Bryant, dealing with dry shipping work, as above, as well as oil pollution claim, research on oil pollution legislation, drafting rule book for new P & I Club providing cover for oil pollution risks within U.S.A. waters (Shoreline). Also assisted other partners in the firm with general commercial litigation, contractual claims, claims relating to avoidance of cover under insurance policies, general banking matters and company litigation, disputes involving Memoranda and Articles of Association, directors' obligations and liability, corporate veil and shareholders' rights.
