Course Description: This course is designed to study the foundation of office systems and strengthen students’ knowledge in the principles of management such
as selecting and developing office employees, supervising and motivating office employees, and appraising performance of office employees.
Program Outcomes: The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program is committed to turn out professional graduates to:
1. be equipped with the stock knowledge of business and management courses to be able to pursue a career in any -field of business or management in
various types of sectors, industries organizations;
2. have sufficient exposure to real work situations and environment to acquire and develop skills and competencies whether as part of the workforce or
entrepreneurs of their own businesses, in order to become productive and competitive individuals in a competitive business environment, locally,
regionally, or globally; and
3. uphold the ethical values and share social responsibility in the care of the community while meeting the increasing demands of globally competitive
business environment.
