The Plans & estimates submitted vide letter under reference 1 and
Administratively approved vide resolution under ref.2 is hereby technically
sanctioned as under subject to following terms & conditions.

: TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

1 The work should be executed & completed through the Municipal Funds only
T.S. is being given as per order given by Chief Officer Nandurbar M.C.
2 All the development control rules and by laws applicable should be followed.
3 The responsibility regarding the quality of material to be used for the work and
the responsibility regarding the quality of work rates with the Construction
Supervisor, Sub overseer of the Municipal Council authority. This office does not
take any responsibility whatsoever in this matter.
4 Qualitative testing should be done from competent Authority @ the time of
execution of work.
5 The rates should be verified once again before tendering the work and in Draft
Tender papers the wording as per concerned D.S.R. to be used.
6 It is presumed that the Municipal Council has not executed this work previously.
7 The responsibility regarding calculation carried out to compute the cost of
proposal lies on the Municipal Council.

8 The Construction Supervisor, Sub overseer should inspect and verify each site of
work, before inviting the tender of this work. And if any changes are made
revised T.S. be obtained. The work should be executed as per the approved plan
& proposal only. No technical Deviation be made without prior approval of
authority giving Tech. Sanction.
9 The responsibility regarding issue of completion certificate of the work lies with
the Construction Supervisor, Sub overseer only.
10 The responsibility about correctness of implementation of work as per
sanctioned plan of appropriate authority.
11 This is only Technical Sanction. It does not specify necessity of work. All
formalities regarding administrative approval from competent authority as per
Municipal Council Act, is responsibility of Construction Supervisor, Sub overseer.
12 It is presumed that the land required for above mentioned work is owned by
Municipal Council & in possession of Municipal Council.
