I am pleased to recommend Tanya for an MS in Business Analytics/Master in

Information Systems at your esteemed University. I have known Tanya in my
capacity as her professor for over four semesters during which I've taught her the
courses Computer Programming(2nd semester), Operating systems(5th
Semester), Computer Network(6th Semester) and Distributed Systems(7th
Semester). Through, my observation, I would like to say that she is an attentive
and hardworking student and has a positive attitude towards academics.

Tanya is a sincere and ardent student with an unparalleled self-drive to excel her
preferred field of study. She has been consistent in her academic performance
throughout her undergraduate program. She has often exhibited the curiosity to
analyse the theoretical aspects of the taught subjects and research about its real-
life applicability. Her zeal to put the technical knowledge to practical use beyond
the class has not only helped enriching class discussions but has also reflected her
potential for research.

Throughout her course of study, she has displayed an interest in learning by

doing. And, has successfully developed a "steganography application" as a part
of an industrial internship project at Hewlett Packard(3rd Semester)and two other
Android applications; a 2-D game and a hybrid banking application as a part of
the minor and major projects. Her efforts were accredited when the developed
banking application was acknowledged as a prototype for Corporation Core
Banking Solution by National Informatics Centre, Govt. of India, New Delhi.

On a personal level, Tanya possesses an effervescent personality. Her leadership

skills and resourcefulness fetched her a place on the student executive committee
of the CSE Department. She has displayed her adeptness at organizational skills,
especially in a cross-cultural setting and has proven to be courteous and easy to
communicate with. She has participated and won several inter-college
/interdepartmental sports tournaments. She has also been an active member of
Dramatic Society and has collaborated with the editorial club and published
several articles and poems in the college magazine.
Therefore, I truly believe that Tanya will bring her charismatic energy, optimism
and steadfast creativity to your class and University. Additionally, she has a high
aptitude to excel in academics with the right balance of extracurricular activities.
