ABSTRACT
Nowadays, development of subdivision confirms to the demand of modern society. Giving
considerations to the advancement of technology noting the automobiles which requires parking
areas. In this case study, the authors have conducted research on the site’s existing master plan
as well as its surrounding areas. The authors used it as a background for the design
considerations for its redevelopment. Grid patterns were applied for the interconnections of road
networks which makes them more accessible. The focal point of the subdivision is the park
maximizing the people who can use it. It is also more aesthetically pleasing and provide vista for
the residential areas near it. The authors have focused on the improvement of the overall
circulation and zoning of the buildings.

its exit point.
