What’s New

The scope of this software involves in maintaining

the records for the goods that comes in and its space for
its customers and an email module which sends out
notification to its customer about the availability of
their allotted spaces in storehouse.
With Carrying & Forwarding (C&F) agent, where
the manufactured/ shipped goods of various MNC’s are
parked before it leaves for the wholesale market, the
absolute track of free spaces are unmanageable due to
the increase of customers for C&F activities and lack
of their storehouse space. The HandyScan3D provides
self-positioning crosshair sweeping laser, which
provides the Overview of the overall allocated spaces
in storehouse, it can also measure the volume of the
Product so that the spaces are effectively used. The
client can install an application which smartly manages
the storehouse space without losing their business.

 Unpacking
A CD is provided with the software loaded.
Various Steps are provided which will guide
through the Installation Process. One set of Laser
Beam Cameras are provided, which will be
Installed by the Vendor.

Installation
An Unlock Code is 25 characters and is
provided with the software. This Code is essential
in Installing the Software.

NOTE: Keep your Unlock Code in a safe

place. You may need this information if you
reinstall SSMS. Zenith cannot give refunds
or exchanges for SSMS Unlock Codes.

To Unlock the Product with 25 characters code:

1. Select Installation and then click on Next.
2. Then Enter 25 Characters registration code
to Unlock the Software and click on Next.
3. Then Browse for the location to Install the
Software. 2
 4. Click on “Install” to Install the Software.
5. Finally, Click on Finish to complete
Installing the Software.

Customization
After you become comfortable using
SSMS, you may want to customize
preferences to meet your needs. You can
change many settings by opening SSMS
Preferences. Click Edit > Preferences to open
the Preferences dialog box.

 Basic Operation

The diagram above explains the main conceptual

elements in the solution and its relationships with the
architecture. The SSMS component maintains the space
allocation and smart way of exploiting the available space.
It gets the information about those goods that comes in
to the Storehouse from a particular customer and accordingly
adjusts their remaining available space by calculating the
flow of the good. When a goods goes out of the Storehouse it
invokes the email module which sends out an email to the
particular owner of that space which the goods occupied
about the details of the goods that goes out and updated space
availability of that particular customer.

 Maintenance
This section describes the simple maintenance
procedures you should follow to replace the lamp
and clean the filter.

Replacing the Lamp

After your Camera has been operating for 8000
hours or longer, the CAMERA indicator will blink
red. Even though the Camera may still be
working, replace it at 3000 hours to maintain
optimal picture performance.
CAUTION: • DO NOT TOUCH THE
LASER EMITTER immediately after it has been
used. It will be extremely hot. Turn the Camera
off, wait 60 seconds, turn off the main power
switch. Allow at least fifteen minutes for the
Camera to cool before handling.

 • DO NOT OPEN THE CAMERA you
could receive an electric shock. The Laser Beam
will be damaged.

Troubleshooting

• Adjust the focus.

• Reposition the lens to
improve its angle to the object.
Picture is blurred • Ensure that the laser emitter is
working properly.
• Condensation may form on
the lens if the Camera is cold,
brought into a warm place and
is then turned on. Should this
happen, let the Camera stand
until there is no condensation
on the lens.

 Precautions
Care should be taken while Fixing the Camera
and the Software should be Installed properly.
Lens may be subject to Damage along with the
Laser Emitter, if handled casually. No user-
serviceable parts inside. Refer servicing to
qualified HSL Service Personnel.

Terms & Conditions

The Warranty facility is not available if the
Camera’s serial number has been defaced,
modified or removed.
RESTRICTIONS You may not (i) sell,
lease, license, sublicense, distribute or otherwise
transfer in whole or in part the Software/
Hardware, the Software License Key or to another
party; (ii) provide, disclose, divulge or make
available to, or permit use of the Software in
whole or in part by, any third party without
Zenith's prior written consent; (iii) decompile,
disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise
attempt to derive source code from the Software,
in whole or in part; (iv) modify or create
derivative works based upon the Software.
Glossary
Cable Connection-
Communication Protocol: Baud rate: 19200 bps,

Warranty
1) a. Upon presentation of the warranty or
receipt received upon purchase:
Valid for the term indicated on the warranty or the
normal term of warranty for the country of
purchase.
b. When only the product is brought in:
Valid for a period of within 14 months of the date
of manufacture indicated by the serial number
attached to the product.
2 When a product whose term of warranty is
expired is brought in: Repairs will be offered for a
fee. In this case the customer is not eligible for the
replacement product rental service.

Cameras its radiation might be harmful for small
children.
