Teacher asks:
1. What is freestyle swimming –
Freestyle is a category of swimming competition, defined by the rules of the International Swimming
Federation, in which competitors are subject to few limited restriction on their swimming stroke.
2. How to execute proper free style stroke in swimming
a. Focus on the tip of your fingers
b. Make a smooth entry and glide
