WHY DO I TEACH YOGA?

Everyone is something due to some cause. I am a yoga instructor & teacher because of my own
reasons. My uncurable diseases start me off join YOG. Soon I felt the great reforms in my
routine life. Perseverance towards aim, positive attitude balance of mind and soul are the
prominent changes which I feel.

• Attended Assistant Yoga Teacher training camp
organized by PATANJALI YOGPEETH.
• (1+1 year)2 years experience as a yoga instructor in
BLOOMING DALES SCHOOL & ST PAUL HIGH SCHOOL
from April, 2017 to Nov.2018 .
• Appearing Masters in Yoga from UTTRAKHAND OPEN
UNIVERSITY (Dec2017 - Dec2018).
