QUICK & EASY OMELETTES
INGREDIENTS - Ham & Pepper INGREDIENTS - Cheese
25g diced pepper of choice 50g Grated cheese of choice
1 slice of ham, diced Salt & Pepper (for seasoning)
Finely chopped mixed herbs
Salt & Pepper (for seasoning)

PREPARATION
1. M
 ix 3 large eggs (room temperature) with 50ml of milk/water
in Quick Shake.
2. Pour the eggs into the base of the Micro Delight.
3. P lace the ingredients of choice over the beaten egg and mix
together.
4. Cover and microwave for 5 mins @ 360 watts.
5. Serve immediately.

SALMON WITH CARROT & BABY MARROW

INGREDIENTS 3 tbsp orange juice (45 ml)
80g grated carrot 1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
70g grated baby marrow Salt and pepper
125g salmon fillet

PREPARATION
1. P
 lace the grated carrot and baby marrow in the base of the
Micro Delight. Pour over the orange juice and season lightly
with salt and pepper and mix well.
2. Place the salmon fillet n top. Pour the olive oil over the
salmon and season lightly with salt and pepper.
3. Cover and microwave for 3 min 30 secs @ 600 watts.
4. Serve immediately.

FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE

INGREDIENTS 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (± 30 ml)
1 egg (medium sized) Pinch of baking powder (± 1 ml)
1 tbsp sugar (± 15 ml) 3 tbsp whipped cream
1 tsp vanilla sugar (± 5 ml) 200g strawberries

PREPARATION
1. In a Quick Shake, mix the egg, the sugar, the vanilla sugar, the
flour and the baking powder until mixture is smooth and thick.
2. Pour into the Micro Delight and microwave (without cover)
for 2 min 30 sec to 3 min at 360 watts.
3. Unmold immediately on a cooling tray.
4. W  ash and destem the strawberries, then cut them in half.
5. Garnish the pie with the whipped cream and the strawberries.

seal are perfectly aligned with

the cover downwards to close.

INGREDIENTS
750 ml maize
7 ml salt
500 ml cold water
1.25 L boiling water
PREPARATION
1. C
 ombine the maize meal and salt
with 500 ml cold water in the
Microwave Rice Maker Large bowl
and mix.
2. Add 1 L boiling water to the mixture
and stir.
3. C over with Microwave Rice Maker
Large inner and outer cover and
push down securely.
4. P lace in the microwave and cook
on high for 10 min. (Cooking time
may vary as per your microwave’s
power.)
5. R emove from microwave and stir
the mixture to break it up.
6. A dd 250 ml boiling water and stir,
place in the microwave on high for
another 10 min. (Add less water for
a stiffer texture.)
7. Remove from microwave. Dish into
serving dish.
Rice
INGREDIENTS
300 ml rice
500 cold water
PREPARATION
1. Place rice into the Microwave
Rice Maker Large bowl.
2. Add cold water up to the MAX
mark indicated on the bowl
(Do not add water above the
MAX mark).
3. P lace inner cover on the bowl
with the 2 tabs facing upwards,
then place the top cover on
the bowl.
4. P lace the Microwave Rice Maker
Large in the microwave and cook
the rice for approx. 12 – 15 min
(800W microwave), cooking time
may vary per microwave.
5. Remove from microwave.
6. A llow cooked rice to stand for at
least 5 min before serving.
 Dinner in no time

 eel and slice the carrot using the Speedy Mando.
1 potato 2. Peel potato and onion, then cut into cubes.

4 garlic cloves 4. P lace beef, chopped garlic, carrot, potato, onion, chillies,
500 g beef cubes rosemary, tomato puree, crumbled beef stock cubes and

INGREDIENTS
125 g chocolate slab, in cubes
125 g soft butter
120 g sugar
3 eggs
150 g flour (300 ml)
1tsp soda bicarbonate (5 ml)
1tsp baking powder (5 ml)

ICING (optional)
200 g chocolate slab, in cubes
15 ml milk

PREPARATION
1. Place the butter and chocolate in the MicroCook
1,5 L, cover and cook for 2 min at 600 watts.
2. Take out and mix with the Paddle Scraper until
smooth. Add sugar, then eggs.
3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, soda
bicarbonate and flour.
4. Add the flour mixture progressively to the melted
chocolate, mixing well with the Paddle Scraper
until the sides are clean.
5. Cook uncovered for 5 min at 600 watts.
6. Allow to cool 10 minutes before unmoulding.
7. Prepare the Icing: Clean and dry the MicroCook
1,5 L, then prepare the icing by combining all icing
ingredients and cook for 2 min 30s at 600 watts.
Ice the cake and serve.

the customer is given the option to
choose any other product to the same
value from the current Catalogue.

sign, which are microwave reheatable,
our products are NOT recommended
for microwave oven use. All defective
returns will be assessed by our
Quality Control department at our
manufacturing plant. This procedure
