CHAPTER III

METHODOLOGY

This chapter deals with the research methodology

employed in this study. The research design, locale of the

study, respondents of the study, sampling technique, research

instruments, data gathering, procedure and data analysis

procedure are discuss in this chapter.

Research design

This study will use a quantitative research methodology

quantitative research is defined as the systematic investigation

of phenomena by gathering data and performing statistical,

mathematical or computational techniques.

Locale of the study

This study was conducted at David Moises memorial high

school during school year 2019-2020.

Respondents of the study

The respondents of the study were the grade 12 curriculum,

has a total population of 133 but we only select 99 students as

our respondents.
Sampling Design

The sample size of the subject will be taken from the

experimental of poultry manure and Vermi cast on Radish

Sampling procedure

A sample size will be taken from a population employing

simple random sampling technique. The sample size will be

determined through the formula in Sloven

Research instrument

The questionnaire will be the Main instrument in gathering

data. It will be composed of two part. Part 1 gathering data on

the respondents’ sex, monthly income, parent and type of school.

Part is a checklist. The instrument will be composed of item

statements for the participants to respond. Responses to the

items are strongly, agree, undecided, disagree, strongly

disagree.

Statistical tools and analysis

The statistical tools to be used is the one way analysis of

variance (ANOVA). Anova will
