[Announcement that Ceremony is About to Begin]

The Commencement Exercises are about to begin. We expect the Commencement Exercises to last approximately 1
hour so before we begin this ceremony, let me remind you to turn your cell phones to silent mode and be courteous
around you by refraining from talking aloud. During the presentation of graduates, we encourage you to express your
pride by applauding and cheering.

[Introduction]

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Graduation day is always a day of rejoicing for it marks the conclusion of an
educational journey and the commencement of another more uncertain and more difficult part of man’s quest for a
better life and future. Truly, today signifies the culmination of hard work in the relentless pursuit of knowledge:
knowledge that will enable a person to embrace opportunities and take on challenges with clear vision and purpose.
Friends, welcome to the Commencement Exercises of Negotech class 2019-2020.

[Call to Order, National Anthem and Doxology]

The Commencement Exercises of Negotech is now in order. May I request everyone to please all rise for the National
Anthem, which will then be followed by Doxology.

[Faculty and Guest Acknowledgement]

At this time, let us also welcome the presence of the Negotech faculty (INSERT NAMES), alongside our guests for today,

[Introductions]

Members of the graduating class, honored guests, faculty, staff – my name is (insert names of the EMCEES), the Master
of Ceremonies for the Commencement Exercises. First and foremost, thank you to the members of the Commencement
Committee who spent many long hours planning this day and to the many others that have helped to organize and plan
this commencement exercises. Thank you maams and sirs!

[Presentation and Confirmation of Candidates]

Commencement also provides an opportunity to recognize Negotech’s outstanding faculty and staff –who are dedicated
to providing the highest quality education and to making a positive difference in the lives of our students. So without
further-a-do, may I call on (INSERT NAME), the (INSERT POSITION) to present the candidates for graduation to (INSERT
NAME), the (INSERT SCHOOL POSITION) who is representing our Schools Division Superintendent.

Dear graduates the moment you have been waiting for has finally come. The fruit of hard work and discipline will finally

To give our graduates a rousing congratulatory message, may we have one of our nation’s finest leaders, the
man/woman behind the sucess growth of Quezon City, ladies and gentlemen let us put our hands together for our dear
