Complainant. Today’s hearing is for the Approval of the Compromise
Agreement.

The parties have already agreed to settle the civil aspect of the case and
executed a Compromise Agreement dated October 24, 2019, a copy of which is
already on the records of this case.

Hence, we respectfully ask for the approval of the said Compromise Agreement.

Considering that both parties entered freely into this Agreement, we

respectfully move for the Provisional Dismissal of the criminal aspect of the
case pending compliance of the accused with the provisions of the Compromise
Agreement.
