1. On-boarding and initial set-up - The complete initial set-up and on-boarding of
the whole institution will be done by DgDiary team and will cover the below.

Students and Clubs and

2. Training for the Admin and Faculty - A hands-on training will be provided to
the admin and all the faculty members of your institution. DgDiary will ensure that
your teaching faculty is well aware of how to use the system.

3. Circular and SMS to parents on how to use the system - Circulars will be
provided to the parents explaining the adoption of DgDiary at your institution. The
same will be conveyed through SMS from your DgDiary account once the on-
boarding has been completed.

4. Orientation Program - An orientation program will be conducted by our team at

your institution for the parents. This orientation will also help the parents
understand that the school campus is now digital and is technology enabled.

5. Video Training: Video training can be availed by the institution and the parents if
required.

6. Support System & Follow-up: Frequent follow-ups will be done by our team to
ensure optimal usage of the system. We also have a support team who will be
available by way of email to support any concerns you may have.
