Teaching/Learning The learning method used is active learning, with lecturer having the main role as
Methodology facilitator. In class, activities are in the form of:
1. Lecturing: Lecturer presents principle ideas of the topic under discussion.
2. Class room discussion
3. Individual assignment to prepare a summary of the first four topics.
4. Individual assignment to prepare and present final report

Paper 1 is the first part of the paper covering Problems Formulation, Research
Questions, Objectives of the Study, and Output of the Study (Chapter 1 of the thesis),
Literature Review (Chapter 2), Research Methodology (Chapter 3), Research Findings
(Chapter 4), and Conclusion (Chapter 5).
Paper 2 is the final version of the Research Proposal consists of Literature Review and
Research Methodology (Chapters 2 and 3 of the Research Proposal).
Details of learning For the first session, the learning method is in the form of lecturing and classroom
methods discussion. As for other sessions, the learning method used is the combination of
classroom discussion and case study which begin with a group presentation.
Individual assignment:
All students are required to prepare three research assignments outlined as follows:
1. Final Presentation (20%);
2. Mid-term Test on Case Study (25%)
3. Final papers in the form of Final Research Proposal to be submitted by referring
the following schedules:
a. First draft to be submitted in week three (10%);
b. Second draft to be submitted in week five (15%)
c. The final version to be submitted during exam period (30%)
